As a repeat customer of ours, giving us a glowing "A" review from work done on your previous home,we would have loved for you to explore options and gave us a call should you feel the cost of the roof tune up and inspection was not what you had budgeted. This particular home you had us scheduled for was a 2 story and over a 9/12 pitch. The coupon you obtained was for a one story walk able home. This was transparent in the coupon you purchased offered by angies list. Normal cost for your home would have been $325.00, still saving you $75.00. We gave the exact price it cost us to do the work with no overhead or profit. I do apologize the extra cost was going to be implemented due to OSHA regulations for the personnel well being of the technicians life, as well as the added cost for the personnel insurance to protect you as the homeowner. Description of Work: Walked around my roof, told me my neighbor's tree branches were causing damage...said I needed to cut branches touching roof. He offered no help or suggestions for fixing anything.He had various roofing scraps in the back of his truck,but had nothing to help me. He was on my property less than 30 minutes counting time on my roof and that was that...he was gone. I got my grandson to go on my roof and cut the offending branches.So basically,my grandson could have just as easily told me the same thing without charging me and at least did something about it.I didn't put the date because I don't remember, only that it was a while ago.

Description of Work: They reapaired a shingle that had blown off of our roof, inspected it sealed around all of the appropriate areas...was a littel hard getting them to come out when they said and they did not call to let me know what was going on and why they did not show up...I had to call them several times to finally get resolve. Not happy about that...I may or may not use them again. I know things happen...but just not sure.

Description of Work: They needed a 3 story ladder to preform the inspection and they did not have the correct ladder. The appointment was made one week in advance we were ask what type of home we had they were told our home was a 2 story home. I am not not sure what kind of roofing company in the Austin area filled with 10's of thousands 2 story home that don't have acquit equipment to preform the basic job. I had but one choice I clearly could not let them on my roof.
