From the first phone call until the completed roof repair the employees were very helpful. We were very pleased with Mike Ludlow. He was prompt, friendly and provided clear, concise written information. Jose and his crew arrived on time and completed the roofing repair in short order. Yes, if we have to have roof repairs again Clear Choice Roofing is on the top of our list.

It was fantastic, they made the process very easy for me and were fantastic to deal with.., I said B for quality since there is really no way for me to know short of going up there myself :-) But based upon the professionalism and apparent integrity of everyone I dealt with at Clear Choice I am sure it was a B or even A...

I called Clear Choice after having a very unpleasant experience with another local roofing company. I needed a leak repaired that became apparent from the recent hail storm evaluated. Clear Choice worked me into the schedule that day. Rick (Project Supervisor) came out and checked the entire roof and the area that was leaking. He said the roof had some hail damage but was in good shape (no push to file an insurance claim like the other roof company). He sent me an estimate for the work which was better than others received. Rick was helpful and straight forward. I am a female home owner and appreciate being treated with respect. I received a call yesterday afternoon to schedule the work for this morning since rain was expected this weekend. The work was completed today and took about 3 hours. The worker arrived after the 7-9am window I was given. I tried to confirm the repairs with the repair man before he started and had some communication issues. He did show me some photos of the work before leaving. The work area was cleaned up when he was done. 4/3/13: Updated the grade on the quality of the repair. It rained yesterday and the roof leaked. Flashing that was glued down in another area around dormer has already popped up. Called Clear Choice last night and someone is suppose to come out today.

It went very well, they came, did the repairs to my roof from a tree that was rubbing. They told me what condition my roof was in, fixed it and left. Textbook.

I called Clear Choice based on other recommendations here. Everyone at Clear Choice was professional and courteous. They came out to look at our house quickly and we had the work done in just a few days. They found a couple of other things that needed doing, but I never felt like they were trying to upsell me -- just telling me what needed doing. Their price was fair and the work was completed without any fuss at all. I'd highly recommend them, and will use them again next time we need some roofing done.

Well. They were on time and fairly quick, and did a good job.

I called Clear Choice in a panic because it was supposed to rain that day and my service had not been scheduled yet. I had a bad leak and asked for a temporary fix if at all possible. Gavin, the owner, came out to my house within the hour but did not find the leak. I sent him a picture of the hole in my roof taken by the company that is fixing damage done to my chimmey by raccoons. Gavin came back out again that day and searched for the hole (it was covered by leaves, which is why he didn't see it the first time). He fixed the leak on the spot and my living room was dry when it rained that night. I will certainly use Clear Choice again when I need additional work done on my roof.

All in all we were very pleased with their responsiveness, professional demeanor and I highly recommend them. I will keep them in mind for referrals to neighbors and future roofing needs...(I own a couple of rental properties.)

The service technician arrived on time and was very professional. He inspected the roof and told me that there were four missing tiles, which he replaced.

The moment I discovered that shingles were being blown off the roof due to strong winds we were experiencing, I turned to trusted Angie's List for a list of roofers in the area. After reading the reviews from previous clients of Clear Choice Roofing I was satisifed by what I read about their work ethic, honesty and professionalism as well as the fact the company had been in business in this area for many years. I called to schedule an appointment and anticipated that I would have to wait several days before I heard from an inspector but I was pleasantly surprised to get a response a few hours later. I told them I selected them due to being a member of Angie's List . I met with the inspector on a Saturday, reviewed the damages with him, was given an estimate and signed the repair contract. I was given a date for the work to be preformed which was just a few days later. I received a phone call from the office personnel, who was very apologetic, informing me the roofer would not be able to come out that day but would be a day late. I appreciated the call and was not surprised or upset due to all the damages that had happened in our area. The person did come out as promised and replaced the shingles and the rotten boards. I am satisfied with the repairs that he completed. The office personnel that I spoke to was very congenial and helpful. The inspector was also congenial, professional, explained in detail the work that needed to be performed and returned my phone calls in reasonable time. He followed up on the delay and the work that was completed. I did see the repairman and he was also very congenial. It was a nice experience to do business with pleasant people! When and if the time comes for any roofing projects, I will not hesitate to call on Clear Choice Roofing.

Clear Choice Roofing very professional. They are very knowledgeable about their job. They are punctual and very industrious. They are very good at what they do. They are also very easy to work with.

I noticed that a section of my fascia board had rotted and fallen away. I wanted to get it fixed before the squirrels invited themselves in, and I called Clear Choice Roofing the morning the first squirrel noticed the hole. The response from their office was fast and professional. Boris came by to give me an estimate, and gave me two different prices. It was not initially clear that one was for just the repair to the fascia, and the other to repair the roof decking. I thought it was a lower price for the fascia, and the higher price for the fascia AND the roof. It wasn't until I was agreeing to the work that it became clear the full price for both was going to be $900. Still, it was a good price, and the work needed to be done. Scheduling the job went quickly, and the work was performed well. Everything was cleaned up at the end, and I'm satisfied with the finished product. It wasn't the easiest to schedule everything while I work in South Austin and the work needed to get done in North Austin. I will look at them when it's time to re-roof my house, but I will also get bids from other companies. They don't automatically get my business just yet.

I had about 20 shingles in multiple areas of my roof blow off during some high winds. Many houses in the area were affected. My wife did not want me climbing up on our two story roof so we decided to call some roofers to get an estimate Gavin said he could come out the next day to take a look. He showed up as promised. After the inspection, he talked to my wife and explained what was needed and gave us an estimate to replace the missing shingles and do some basic sealing. He gave us a discount if we would put a sign in our yard, which we were happy to do. Note that we had some earlier feedback from another vendor who said we might need to contact our insurance to see about replacing the whole roof. Gavin explained that the roof, which is only 8 years old, was not that bad. His honesty and input was very much appreciated. Clear Choice was not able to come out on the initially scheduled time, but they contacted me to let me know about the schedule change and the reason for the delay (only one day). On the newly scheduled day, he showed up as promised and got the work done.

I called Clear Choice Roofing the day after we had some extreme winds that tore up a section of the shingles on our house. I was told a rep would call me that afternoon to set up a time to come out and give us an estimate. I just a couple of hours a rep called me and stated he was in the area and would stop and take at look at the roof. He left my wife a quote for $350 and then called me. I told him to go ahead and do the work when he could. The very next day he came back and finished the work and did a really nice job. I would call this company again. They were very good.

They did a good job. They were very timely and professional. It seems like they did a good job. They were on time. They did what they came to do. They made a few repairs. They gave me some advice. They were just kind of what I would expect a professional roofing company to be.

contacted the company and a project manager, Rick, came the very next day. He climbed to the roof of my 2-story home and evaluated the whole roof and gave a firm quote. The roof was repaired 2 days later prior to an impending storm. The service technician was very pleasant and informative. He replaced themissing shingles and sealed many areas. The company made a follow up call following the storm to make sure everything was good. I was very pleased with the service from start to finish.

I contacted Clear Choice Roofing on January 25th (Friday) for an estimate but left a voice mail message as no one answered the phone. I received a response the same day later that evening. The gentleman gathered some basic information and told me that he would be at my house the next day (Saturday) or on Monday or Tuesday of the following week. I asked if he could give me a day so I could make plans to be there. He said it was not necessary for me to be there so I accepted his plan of "sometime" in the next three days that he identified. By Thursday, January 31st, of that week I had not received any updates so I called. The gentleman was now in Dallas on another job, and gave me another three days when he could stop by. To say the least, I did not accept his new commitment. This was a very disappointing experience as most reviews for this company were very positive. I would have preferred to have been told that they were too busy over the next two weeks and if I could wait, then they could contact me at that time. This would have given me the choice of waiting or selecting another company it its place, and avoided a bad experience and bad review.

This was a great experience with a very honest, dedicated and caring company. I would definitely recommend this company for their roofing. They went way beyond what was required to make certain that my distance rental and tenant were taken care of in a friendly and timely manner.

I had a roof leak and was not sure of the extent of the problem. They responded promptly to schedule an inspection, arrived on time, and e-mailed the estimate the same day. Scheduled the work in a timely manner, and when they had to re-schedule due to weather, the office staff was diligent about keeping me informed. The work was done quickly and cleanly, and although I have not climbed up on the roof to check it personally, I have not had any more leaks, so I am completely satisfied.

They did excellent, and fast work. Showed up promply, and cleaned up after themselves.
