Clear Choice Roofing

Rick came out and replaced a tile for me. I was having a hard time getting some one to come out to replace one tile. He not only come out but made two trips to accommodate me. Could not have been nicer and also looked over my roof. I would use Clear choice again if I had another problem of needed a roof replaced.

It was fine. I am in no position to judge how well they did their work. They were punctual. The price was right. They seemed very professional. I would use them again in the future.

They did a great job. I will continue to use them in the future.

This went very well. Started when they said they would. Very large, steep roof with many valleys, hips, ridges. Required 2 1/2 days to complete. Kept work site clean when they were away at night. Meticulous cleanup when the job was done. Absolutely no debris left laying around, no stray nails, etc.

Great work and very professional. I had trouble with a prior installer who installed the ridge vent incorrect and it leaked leaves into my attic. Clear Choice fixed that and also repaired the roof around the chimney where it no longer leaks when it rains. I was so thankful that this new roof was installed correctly. I have had several roofing jobs in the past that were done wrong and I had leaking rain around the chimney and leaves leaking into the attic from the ridge vent. These great people did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend them. If you want the job done right with no hassles this is the company. Kathy

A representative of Clear Choice Roofing arrived to my home when I was told he would, and their responsiveness via e-mail was great. In the end I did not contract them because their estimate was higher than expected, mostly due to the fact that the estimate included replacing what the representative called "builder" errors in construction. I was not aware KB Homes had built the home with some glitches, and even though the representative suggested I went back to KB Homes for assistance, I couldn't do this because we are not the original buyers of the home. Either way, he was very professional and punctual, and if the service had been just what I wanted, which was to patch up the roof and not worry about the original construction issues, then I would've hired them.

When you have water in your house, it's never good news. When you look on Angies list, see an A review and pick up the phone, you are hoping for the best... And Clear choice's A ranking here is NO JOKE. I called them on Friday night, they were out Monday, and my roof was fixed the following Friday. And best of all, when you have a repair or damage from water... let's just say I expected the cost to be more painful than it was. $325 seemed almost too cheap!! And they worked with me to get it done on Friday, since I was already planning on working from home that day.. Excellent service, communication, and end result. My house is dry and I am happy. Thanks guys!!

Great. Gavin was prompt and professional, and explained everything that the service guy was going to do.

Gavin was punctual, friendly, professional and above all they did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. After the job was done they had to come back for some touch ups and to install a ridge vent they missed. We agreed for him to do it a few weeks later when they had another job scheduled in the neighborhood. That's always a bit risky for a consumer but they performed flawlessly! They contacted me prior to coming out to finish up .. not once did I need to call them in any sort of follow up. I am a real estate broker and have referred them to one of my clients for a small job. That particular job is not yet completed at point of this writing but my client said he's impressed already with their responsiveness and professionalism. Thank you Gavin and your great staff!

We had to wait for materials to arrive and Clear Choice sent someone out to the house to place a tarp over some leaks. They went above and beyond and we are very pleased with the work and cleanup.

It was wonderful. He came out and kind of gave it a look and made sure I didn't have hail damage while he was up there. He sent a guy out to fix all the spots and told me I got at least another 10 years on my roof which is really what I wanted to know. I think he called me within a few hours and was there within a day or two. Two different guys came out and they were both wonderful. The first came out to inspect the roof and determine what needed to be done and he sent a workman out the next day. They were both professional and polite. They answered all my questions.

These folks are so professional, timely and courteous. We were treated fairly and their work is excellent. This is our roofing company from here on out. Highly recommend!!!

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it went pretty well. They did the job, and didn't find anything wrong. That was good. They found some problems with the ceiling and they fixed that. They told me that everything was good and the roof should last a few more years. They did a really good job. I was surprised they didn't find more, and that was good, as they weren't trying to get more jobs out of me. I would always call them back if I had a roofing job.

They sent someone out first to check out the roof and let us know what they needed to do. They then came out to repair a few things and clean the roof. I didn’t go on the roof to check the repairs, so I have to trust that everything was repaired correctly. The people seemed professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Overall, I am happy.

That came out fine. I probably would use them again.

We never saw them - they came by, called with report and did recommended work which was part of the Big Deal package.

After going on my roof to clean my gutters, I noticed a 7 foot area on my roof where the shingles had blown off. I called Clear Choice who assessed the damage to the roof and quickly scheduled to get a repair completed. The actual work was completed in about an hour. In addition to fixing the shingles, they cleaned my gutters, sealed several pipes and blew the leaves off of my roof! All at no additional charge. Great experience all the way around

Prompt and exceptional service, a rep came to my house within a couple of days to assess the project and I explained how I had a spot of missing shingles that I would like fixed as well as the inspection and standard maintenance included in the deal. Very accommodating and a few days later someone came by and completed the work! Would definitely use again

They arrived slightly early and spent a fair bit of time on my roof. Since no repairs were called for, it felt like the Big Deal (at $199) wasn't such a bargain.

Same day service... Good work and fair price

They worked very hard in a very hot weather and worked well into the night to get the whole roof on in one day which I thought is amazing. There were a couple of small issues with the flushing. They weren’t finished and they were planning to come back and fix that the next day. They did an excellent job.

They were very good. They were prompt, professional, easy to get along with and have done their job. I did not spend any more than the big deal. They came out to do the work within four to five days after I purchased the coupon. They were really able to make an appointment right away. They first came out and did an assessment and then sent somebody out a couple of days later to do the fixing. They also called and followed up the whole deal. They were great. I liked them a lot. They were good people.

Clear Choice was offering a coupon for $199 for roof maintenance on Angie's List. A day before the coupon was set to expire, a 40plus mph windstorm came through. I purchased the coupon last minute, and expected to have maintenance done, and to pay extra for repairs from the storm.I made an appointment for 6 days later. The office was apologetic, but said they were busy fulfilling coupon orders. On the day of the appt., Gavin (the owner) came out and inspected my roof while I was at work. He decided to repair the windstorm damage at no additional charge. He also spoke with my next door neighbor, and agreed to repair her roof for the same price- although she is not an Angie's List member. Gavin seems intent on running his business with old fashioned honesty and integrity. This business ethic is rare these days, and should be appreciated and applauded.
