The job was too small for their company. They recommended someone who could do the job. And he came did the estimate and repaired all on the same day and did an excellent job.

Gavin was a pleasure to work with. He was flexible in scheduling a free inspection with us. I had a very hard time finding a reliable contractor with other companies. Gavin was punctual, friendly, and professional. He obviously works with integrity and helped us avoid spending money on costly repairs, as he explained that there were no breaks in our roof. He offered some excellent advice on how to prevent any future problems. If we do ever require any work done on our roof, we will definitely be calling Gavin!

The provider sent an individual to diagnose the potential causes of the leak, and subsequently sent another individual to perform the tune-up (added sealant to vents and exposed screws, sealed shingles near leak area). As of this writing we have not had rain since the repair so I cannot definitively verify effectiveness of repairs. However, the service was prompt, courteous, and addressed my concern.

I felt like their technician was professional and knowledgeable. He didn't push any specific purchase, even though I could have seen another tech trying to pressure me to commit to a new roof (which we arguably need). I would (and likely will) use this company again.

Service went well, as expected based on comments from others

They arrived on time and on the date scheduled. They fixed the leak. They scheduled an appointment and came at the time and on the day they were scheduled for the second appointment to fix other shingles that needed repair. The prices were reasonable for both visits. The receptionist was very friendly and cooperative. It was a busy time after Hurricane Harvey brought in all that rain. However, they worked me in to get the job taken care of.

Ruben was prompt, did an assessment, and found a loose piece of flashing which he repaired for us as part of the special. I appreciate his help and honesty in telling me we still have 5+ years left on our roof. He'll be the first person I call when it's time to replace the roof.

The person from Clear Choice arrived at the expected time, and from the start he was very professional. First explained what he would be inspecting, and after that, showed me what was the issue. It happened that it wasn't any major problem, then he told me that he could fix that right away and also would make sure we didn't have any other problems in our roof. Gave me a price that was more than reasonable, and we got our roof repaired fast. He went to add sealing to other parts as precaution, like where the satellite dish sits. I am really impressed by the service, very professional, never was "selling" me anything, and was not pushy. It happens that the person who came to give the estimate and then send a technician was Gavin Weathersby, the owner of the company. I will recommend them to any friend that may need any roof work done. And when times come to replace my roof, this is the company I will be hiring.

Product installed was not the product illustrated in the advertising. It significantly subpar to what was expected. Installers did not follow installation instructions. I had to ask for product documentation as they were leaving.

They were great. He helped me with my insurance company to get a settlement. They finished the job in one day. I would definitely use them again.

We had a small leak in our roof that needed to be fixed before more damage occurred. We tried to go with a recommendation from our neighbors, but the company never returned my calls. THEN, I found Clear Choice Roofing online. They had excellent reviews and ratings, so I scheduled them, and I'm so glad I did. They were prompt and professional; and the roofer who came out, Michael, was courteous and very helpful. He did not try to sell me on paying for more work than was needed (turns out, all we needed was some more caulk!). He gave me tips on how to monitor the water damage, just in case the caulking was not enough; though, he was confident it would be enough. He had a great attitude and seemed to be knowledgeable in his field, as well as enjoy what he does. I hope we never have another roof issue, but if we do, we will certainly use this company again; specifically Michael. Thank you, Clear Choice Roofing!

The job was done in a professional and timely manner . Adam Conrad kept every promise he made and his follow through was excellent. He was my favorite of all time "contractor." I have a few relatively minor roof leaks. Clear Choice came out and did a thorough inspection and re-sealed the affected areas. To be honest, it has not rained enough for me to know, but I feel good about the work. I feel they were honest and did not try to sell me on extensive or more expensive repairs. I would work with them again, but if you're considering a major roof job, look at more reviews.

Great. We had no idea whether we had a 20 yr. shingle or 25 before the inspection. He provided us with that information, how much wear was on the shingles and that the roof was up to code. The inspection was done by a professional and we were pleased with the service he provided. We will call him in the future should we need roof repair.

The guys who came to do the repairs refused to check properly and just replaced some shingles and went away. When I called the office they said he is experienced and has done what is necessary.The question is, Is it possible to do roof inspection without a ladder ?

Clear Choice was offering a special for a roof inspection. The serviceman was very professional and thorough. He checked the roof and vents to ensure there were no problems.

They came out, inspected the roof, and caulked some spots around the satellite dish. Assured me the roof is good for another 30 years! That was good to hear. I'll definitely hire them to inspect the roof again periodically to prevent any problems.
