Clear Choice Roofing

We discovered a roof leak after a rainstorm and called around for multiple bids for repair. ClearChoice came out promptly and gave us an honest assessment of what they believed the problem to be. They fit us into their schedule very quickly and made the repairs, which seem to have done the trick. I would hire them again.

They worked with my insurance company and they were great. I opted for an upgrade with my new roof. I called them right after a big hailstorm and they weren't getting back with me. I told them that I got their name from Angie's List and the owner called me right back. He was very responsive and would always answer the phone -- even if he was on a roof. Their shingle selection was pretty limited, however, but he dropped the shingles selection off before the day started so I could see them & choose. He went out of his way to explain things, worked with my schedule, and when the work was done, it was done in a very professional way. The work was done quickly, too. I worked with Gavin Weathersby and he was terrific!

We were not overly impressed with the inspection. We had had a leak in one section of the roof and I informed the inspector of this and asked that he really check this one area. Roof showed no problem areas according to the inspector. No written report was given to us. 3 months later. With the heavy rains last week, we had a major roof leak in the area I had asked the inspector to pay special attention to. We called Clear Choice and Mike came out and re-inspected the area. He gave us advice as to what he would do and he caulked the problem area at no charge to us. Based on the original inspection I was not impressed with Clear Choice. Based on Mike's professionalism, I give a high grade to Clear Choice.

There were a few minor issues. They made an appointment to come out to do the work on a certain day, but did not show up. I had to call them again and they claimed the lost the appointment or they never had it, or something like that. But once they came out their quality of work was very high.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out very well. It was great. I did contract with them to do some work on the roof at a later date.

It went great, it was easy to schedule, Both of the gentlemen that came out were extremely professional and the job was done in no time at all! Perfect service! Thank you!

Purchased Angie's List Big Deal for $99 to have our roof inspected. Roof is 12 years old. Found 2 shingles on the driveway after a storm and thought now would be a good time. Scheduling was easy, gave a 9-10am window and Michael arrived promptly at 9 after calling first. Very personable and professional, showing me trees that needed trimming and telling me the condition of the shingles in various places as well as the state of the flashings. The good news is the shingles came from my neighbor's roof! My roof is in good condition and didn't need anything other than nailing down a few nails. Michael suggested I call them after I have the tree work done and they will come out again and see that there is no damage resulting from any fallen limbs. Very pleased and will happily call them in the future.

He came out and looked at the roof, he told me that I needed a totally new roof and should contact my insurance company. He gave me a form of all the work that needed to be done, but he didnt give me a price or actually start any work.

We told them that it was a little expensive and they came down the price. Their responsiveness was excellent. They were a little late.

They do not work on metal roofs- I could not use deal.

I spoke with them and they informed me that they do not work on tin or slate roofs. This was not mentioned in the Big Deal.

Rick Ackermann from Clear Choice Roofing came out to my house to check the tiles on our roof. We had noticed a hole in one of the tiles, but wanted everything checked out due to recent storms. Rick immediately fit me into his schedule and came out that day to take a look at the roof. He said there was actually nothing wrong and everything looked great. I really appreciate his honesty and prompt service. I will definitely give them a call in the future if needed.

My experience with them was great. They were awesome. I like that they fixed the problem. They were quick, efficient, and courteous.

everything has been good. i was pleased with mike ludlow and the service provided. the job is covered by a long warranty which I have not had to use yet so I can't comment on the warranty service yet. I hope I never have to use the warranty but will update if that happens. I would recommend them and use them again.

The day before the inspector was to come out, a young woman called and wanted to reschedule yet again. I said no, this was a reschedule and I could only do this Friday. She seemed confused on the phone and we were disconnected. No one showed up and no one has called me.

Excellent job. A few shingles were found missing or in need of replacement. Clear Choice Roofing searched several stores to find the best color match shingle to do repairs.

Very good service. Right on time. Spotted my leak quickly. Fixed it and gone. Had the huge rain just a few days later and didn't lead a drop.

The nails used on the flashing are very obvious and can be seen easily. I was hoping for something a little more stealth. They missed one area of flashing that is coming up and not laying flat. The worker was on the roof for 30 minuets and just left after he thought he was finished, without telling me or saying anything.

Gavin is AWESOME, he took his time and explained everything to me. He fixed a few issues we had with our roof (that were not a fault of the roofing company, just issues from where we live) Overall all communication with the company was great, I called on a Friday and they were out the next week.

Clear Choice Roofing handled the job professionally with no surprises. The original start date got pushed back by 1 day. Otherwise,events happened exactly as explained in my meeting with the owner of CCR. One day before, the roofing materials arrived. They were delivered to the roof. On the first day, the crew arrived on time. The foreman introduced himself and the crew. A trash trailer was placed in the drive. They brought everything they needed with them and worked steadily throughout the day. The roof was too large to finish in one day We had been told by the owner when we signed the contract that another day might be needed to complete it, so we expected that. On the following day, they came back and finished the job. They cleaned up all around the property and ran a big magnet over the ground to pick up stray nails. The owner returned to inspect the job. He made a correction on some flashing to complete the job. All in all, I was very pleased with my experience with Clear Choice Roofing.

They were fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were very polite. They were always on the ball. The work they did was great. We are getting compliments about our roof every time people come to see our house. They answered all our questions. When we had an insurance problem, they handled it. We did not have to go to the insurance. They took care of everything. They are fabulous. I would totally recommend them. If I absolutely have to or needed a new roof, they would be the first people I would call.

Provider was punctual and did what they said. We are happy with their service.

Our 13+ year old roof was leaking, and we had already tried just doing a roof repair, but at this point we needed a roof replacement. After interviewing a few different roofers, we selected Clear Choice to do our replacement. Their representative was very responsive, and although there was a delay in getting the roof done (the tiles we selected were special order, and took longer than expected to arrive), they gave us regular status updates. Once the guys started working on the roof, it took the promised amount of time. I'd definitely recommend shopping around (as everyone has different prices), but Clear Choice was a good pick. And we've had no problems with our roof!

Mike and his team provided a quick estimate and a timely completion of service. They appear to use quality shingles and provided an honest evaluation of the current state of my roof.
