I was extremely pleased with the repairs done. My insurance company determine that there was damage to only part of the roof & Gavin was very helpful in matching the shingles.

Gavin came out to check a leaky roof. He did a quick patch (no charge) and mentioned that there was some hail damage from our recent storms. Our insurance adjuster agreed and Clear Choice (previous name) did a complete replacement. The work was great - scheduled and completed very quickly. There was some minor rework to be done, but it was handled quickly and professionally. Everyone I talked to at the company was very helpful and courteous. And I now have a fantastic new roof!

Have used this roofer several times over the course of a few years. They are always prompt, courteous, and respectful. We have used them for minor repairs to full replacement on multiple properties. Always responsive and quick to schedule both before and after major hail storms. Highly recommended.

I wanted to have my roof inspected after all the rain we had last winter and spring. Gavin was punctual, professional and very helpful. He inspected the roof and gutters. He cleaned out some concrete left in one of the gutters obstructing the flow and tacked back some flashing that had pulled away from the house. He used silicone caulking to fill in gaps around the vents, flashing and gutters. He estimated the longevity of our roof and provided a quote to add gutters along the back of our house. I will use this company again. I appreciated the time and attention Gavin provided to make sure all my questions were answered.

It went great. This company has inspected my roof in the past and also repaired a bad leak for me when they were operating under their previous name - Clear Choice Roofing. I called on Tuesday to schedule the service and Mike Ludlow, who inspected my roof last year, was available to come out the very next afternoon. He showed up on time, completed the roof inspection, and found that no repairs are needed this year. I was so grateful to them last year when I called with a known leak and they were able to inspect, find the problem, and complete the repair before it rained again!! I'll definitely continue to use this company.

I was happy. They were polite, prompt and competent. Very reasonable. Very nice young men.

Called to schedule in early June. Cancelled twice. Scheduled again in July. Worker never showed up. I want my money back.

Called CCR and Solar to come out and look at a leak in our chimney (called CCR and Solar because they merged with Clear Choice Roofing(CCR)). We've used CCR in the past for a few jobs and they've always been great). Gavin (owner of Clear Choice Roofing before the merger) came out to take a look. True to form, Gavin was very honest and upfront about what he found. Turns out we needed a different (and a lot LESS expensive) type of service than what he could do, and he let us know that what to look for and how much to expect. Great, honest guy and I highly recommend CCR and Solar and will be using them again in the future.

I had a little roof leak but we have not had any rain since and so I don't know if they fixed the leak or not. He was fine and he was very prompt. The special offer said that it included re-caulking the skylights and I don't think he re-caulked any of our sky lights.

The job coordinator was outstanding. I have to admit that I was a tad skeptical when a woman arrived but any doubts or hesitations were quickly removed! I really appreciated that she wore a logo polo shirt that not only looked professional but also identified her as being with the company. She arrived about 10 minutes early which is a first for me with any service appointment I have ever had. She introduced herself, gave me a business card, showed me their Liability and Worker's Comp insurance policy and explained in terms I could understand exactly what she would be doing - extremely knowledgeable, nice and professional. She walked the entire surface of my roof looking for any damage or missing shingles with special emphasis on the area of my leak. We then sat down and she explained that she did not see any damage and that the leak was not associated with the roof but a plumbing problem and she recommended several plumbers. I was so impressed with her honesty. Overall, this was the best service appointment I have ever had and will highly recommend CCR and Solar to all my family and friends.

The call was answered promptly. The office called before the workers came. I was very pleased with the work that was done.

Upon purchase of the Angie's List deal I had Clear Choice come out to perform the inspection - there had been a significant hailstorm the week prior and we knew it had caused some damage to our ceramic tile roof. Scheduling was very easy and the gentleman arrived on time. He mentioned, upon his arrival, that he may not be able to actually do the repairs because the company prohibited work on tile roofs after an accident which had killed (!) a coworker but when he discovered the repairs were limited to replacement of just 2 tiles, he agreed. I signed a work order almost 8 weeks ago. I put him in touch with our builder to aid in sourcing the tiles used for our roof. 2 weeks went by - nothing. 3 weeks? Nothing. 4 weeks? Nothing. Emails to the office were not being returned so I followed up with the roofer directly. He said he'd never heard back from our builder (this does not explain lack of follow up on their end) with a manufacturer and color for the tiles. I subsequently reached out to the builder and within 90 minuets had all the information necessary. I asked the roofer if I needed to pay for the tiles and he said yes to order them and he'll pick them up. Here's the thing. I'm a home owner, a busy mother of a toddler and a professional who works full time. I am many things but I am not a roofer nor am I in construction. I do not know where to buy ceramic tiles for a roof and although I even gave them an option to use *any* ceramic tile, I was again put in a position where I was not only expected to follow up on the project and push it along but order my own materials? At this point why not just climb on top of my house and do it myself? I asked that he contact me to let me know the status. Several more days passed and I heard nothing so, this afternoon, I finally asked to terminate the work agreement. Although the roofer was very polite, the follow through from Clear Choice was inexcusable. We are now in a position where damaged part of my roof have been needlessly exposed through multiple storms, potentially causing unknown damage for no reason other than Clear Choice dropped the ball. Repeatedly. I selected this company based on their Angie's List reputation but would caution anyone from using them - if it happened to me, it could happen to you as well.

Purchased an inspection coupon that included minor repairs - all was done professional and fast. Completely satisfied with the service.

Purchased home that required a few minor repairs on roof as indicated on home inspection. There Home tune up covered the minor maintenance items and they removed the bird nests as well that were in the roof vents. Excellent work as always Used these folks to replace a roof on another home of mine and performed and outstanding job. Can't go wrong with using these folks.

Inspected roof for leaks. sealed/caulked vents, chimney,etc.Provided me with an explanation of what work was done.

He did a very good job. He told me a cost effective way to fix the roof myself, instead of paying for unnecessary repairs. Very nice and professional.

Roof is very steep which resulted in additional fee. Successfully found and repaired holes.

I had purchased a $99 roof maintenance caulking package on 5/19 as a small leak had developed around the kitchen vent roof cap. The roofer came the next day. He said the problem was the roof cap had not been properly installed and needed to be reset and resealed and that caulking would only be a temporary fix. He also showed me where some gravel had rubbed off the ridge cap due to a limb rubbing it. The extra cost to reset/reseal the roof cap and replace the damaged section of the ridge cap was $325. The roofer wanted the limb removed before doing repairs. After the limb was removed, I called the office on 5/26 to let them know the limb had been removed. Unbeknownst to me, that particular roofer had left the company and had not turned in the estimate. After several contact attempts, a different roofer came out on 6/9 to inspect the roof and look at the copy of the estimate I had. He agreed with the repairs needing to be made and also noted another part of the roof that needed repair and would require an extra bundle of shingles. On 6/13, he did the repairs and did not charge extra for the additional repair.
