Description of Work: "I had a leak somewhere, I thought I knew where it was, but I also asked that they check for leaks around the chimney and vent pipes. |The repairman checked out the shingles said they were good for 15 or 20 years more and said he found one place where an overflow of water in the gutters might have leaked into the ceiling. They resealed all of the vent pipes and chimney and fixed a flashing baffle to keep any overflows from going into the weak spot. We had an 8 inch rain since then and there was no more leak."

Description of Work: For the coupon I paid $149 for $375 worth of repairs. They re-nailed all flashing and caulked penetrations. Trimmed siding around Chimney and caulked all the flashing._x000D_|For more money we also had them fix some problems caused by our last roofer. They removed 3 mushroom vents, re-deck, re-felt and re-shingle. $450.00_x000D_|Installed 6 soffit vents $150.00_x000D_|Removed a box vent and replaced with a gooseneck style vent.$50.00._x000D_|They did all repairs in a day. They were great!

Description of Work: Some shingles had been damaged in the wind/hail storm. An employee came out and replaced some shingles. Before leaving I asked if I needed to sign anything and if I would get a written statement concerning what had been done to my roof and the condition the roof was in. He said I didn't need to sign anything. He verbally ran through what he had done. I asked again if I could get it in writing. He said to call the office. I called the office and made my request and was told I would receive something in the mail but it never came.

Description of Work: I called service provider on Friday, March 8, to set up an appointment. I spoke to Deanna (not sure of spelling). She did not appear to know anything about the maintenance package. She referred to a "new roof" at least twice. I explained about the Big Deal on Angie's List, which was for a "roofing maintenance package." She said that Cary (not sure of spelling) would call me within 24 hours. I called back on Friday, March 15, having not received a call back. I spoke to Christina (not sure of spelling) and asked to speak to Cary. I told Cary that I was unhappy about not having received a call back since last Friday, a week ago. She said she had called me back that Friday (i.e., March 8). I apologized and explained that I had not received such a message. We set up an appointment for Saturday, March 16, at noon. I asked if someone could give me a call before arriving. She said "no" that they always arrived when stated. I said fine. After hanging up the phone, I immediately checked my home phone which has all phone numbers and voice mails for the past three weeks. For March 8, there was no phone number for the provider listed and there was no voice message. I immediately called back and asked to speak to Cary. Christina said that she had left and would not be back today. I don't recall her exact wording but it caused me to infer that she only worked half days on Friday. I asked to speak to the "manager." Christina assured me that she could help me. I insisted on speaking to the manager. She transferred me to Rhonda(?). I explained to Rhonda my conversation with Cary and that I had no voice messages for Friday, March 8. She assured me that if Cary said she returned the call that she did indeed return the call. I responded that perhaps she called the wrong number but that doesn't address why no one had contacted me again after not talking to me Friday, seven days ago. I told her that I wished to cancel my Saturday appointment and request a refund on my Big Deal. She said I would have to call Angie's List for the refund and gave me the number 317-808-7580. I called another number for Angie's List and talked to Brandon. He sent me this form.

Description of Work: We had a bad roof leak that caused loss of a section of ceiling in our den. They came out the day I called to survey the problem and provide an estimate. Very good customer attitude and fast action. They repaired the leak and also cleaned leaves away that had gathered in the roof's valleys.Also found other repairs that were needed while they were on the roof. The work was done efficiently and professionally.

Description of Work: We lost a lot of shingles from a wind storm. We called, they came out two days later and replaced the shingles. The man was very nice and considerate. He worked hard, did a good job as far as we know. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Description of Work: Needed some repair work done on my roof after having high winds. They called me back imediately, came out within hours of first contacting them, and was able to fit it on the spot. I thought the price was fair, and I was happy to get it done.

Description of Work: A+ contractor. Other roofer wanted to replace roof jack and clear choice saw an easier fix and did it in the spot no charge. Way to go guys.

Description of Work: I was shocked to get my estimate for a re-roof today at over $16,000. The highest by far. the previous bid from another company was 9100.00 for the same work & same qualify shingles. No excuses. They like to encourgae there customers to bill it to insurance, but since this is just an old roof that needs replacing, I didnt feel ethical in trying to make insurance pay for any of this.

We decided on Clear Choice Roofing and were definitely not disappointed. The project supervisor, Rick A., came to our home promptly, arrived on time, and gave a fair estimate of the repairs. He didn't try to sell us on anything more than what we needed, went up on the roof and took pictures of the damages that needed repair, so we would know what was involved. The work was done in time to avoid the next round of rain and everything looks good. The workmen were experienced and cleaned up when their repairs were finished. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good roofing job done.
