Description of Work: Same day service and these guys do great work. We have them come out 2 a year to clean our white carpet and our sofa, they do amazing work worth every penny.. Try them once and you will see.

Description of Work: This visit was for a carpet stretching and trim. They tore the carpet severely and needed an entire closet floor for replacement carpet. The repair looked horrible and was visible. They came out 3 times before they finished..

First of all, I DID NOT TEAR YOUR CARPET. As I showed you ,it was damaged by whoever installed your wood floors in the kitchen.They cut the carpet too short and there wasn't enough carpet left to properly secure it, thats why you called me to fix it in the first place! I told you there wasn't enough carpet for me to stretch it and suggested we get some out of the closet.to try to fix it. I told you it would not be perfect because the nap of the carpet was different and you said "anything is better than it is". I came back 3 times because the wood floor installers did such a bad job re-attaching the carpet that I had to order new trim pieces for your wood floor along with "special masonry drill bits" to attach the trim pieces correctly which was another reason the carpet had come off securing strip in the first place. I thought I went the extra mile for you to fix what someone else screwed up.You said it looked much better when we finished the job. If my job looked so bad , Why did you wait 6 months to give me a poor review?

it went great.
Description of Work: cleaned whole house carpet area. carpet was very dirty and they were able to get all but one stain that the previous cleaner was also unable to get out. Renter spilled wax and that is impossible to get out. they did great job on stairs also.

Description of Work: Very kind and did a great job. Bought their coupon off Angie's list and there were no hidden costs. We even had a miscommunication and they showed up when I was not there. They were extremely gracious in returning a different time. They were clear about their limitations in removing tea stains. They even cleaned the wall where my dirty dog had leaned against it.
