CLEANTECH CARPET CLEANING

I bought a big deal for this service and it was great. They did a wonderful job. I thought I was going to have to buy a new couch but it looks like new, it was amazing. This was extra that I added on above the deal. There were a few stains they would not get out, but that is not surprising because they had been there for a couple of months. They came out a few days after I bought the deal. The experience was great. I appreciated the help with the money because I am a single, older person and money is not exactly rolling in. They moved a lot of the furniture and were willing to put it back, but I wanted to wait for it to dry. They did everything I asked and were very friendly. I thought it was a good deal. They had to finish up where they were, but they called and gave me plenty of warning about it.

They arrived at the end of the two-hour provided for estimated arrival. The areas needing clean-up were quickly inspected, and then they brought in all the chemicals and equipment needed to get started. Our bedroom was severely stained due to the fact we had four dogs that normally have free reign in the backyard, but instead were suddenly forced to be trapped inside by new neighbors that hate dogs. Clean tech was able to get rid of all of the stains and odor.

We hired Cleantech to clean the carpets of a rental property before we moved out. We have two cats and a dog and while all three are thoroughly housebroke, we'd lived there for almost three years and even well-mannered animals can take their toll on carpets. Cleantech did a great job cleaning the carpets. Our landlord even called us to tell us how impressed she was with how clean the duplex looked, which is saying something since that woman usually never had anything nice to say about anything. I would hire Cleantech again.

They showed up an hour late without calling which is my only complaint. Other than that, they were friendly and did a great job. They even moved a dresser/nightstand in order to get the full carpet done. I would highly recommend them.

These folks are the real deal. I got a 3 room room cleaning for $99. I have 2 dogs and the carpets need to be cleaned about evey 6 months. I have used there services twice and will use them again.

I purchased the "$149 Deep Carpet Cleaning for Pet Stains and an Enzyme Treatment for 3 Rooms" special and also had the company do the rest of the house. They responded very quickly after I purchased the special and were able to schedule my service for the day I requested. They did call me to let me know that the gentleman had been unexpectedly delayed at another cleaning and asked if they could come clean the carpets in the afternoon or the next day. I arranged to have them come the next day. They arrived on time and did an amazing job. They paid attention to the stains and even went over a few after the first cleaning when they noticed not all came up. My carpets look better than they have in years. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

They were punctual, friendly, and they did a good job. They were reasonably priced.

Had to trim and stretch carpet to get bumps out. This required moving furniture and replacing after finished. Was able to remove at bumps to my satisfaction. Also treated, scrubbed, steam clean and scotch guard three large areas that had many stains from large gatherings over the holidays. Carpet appears clean, no oder from chemicals and stains lifted.

They did a great job. I hired them because they said they could treat pet stains. We had 17 years of pet stains and they got almost all of them out and the rest are just very faint stains. It turned out so much better than I imagined that it could. I thought the rest of the carpet was clean as I do shampoo my carpets regularly but they pointed out the line between where I wanted them to clean and the carpet they weren't cleaning. What a difference! What they cleaned looked like brand new carpet. I was amazed. The guys were running a little late on their previous job but called to let me know which I really appreciated. They were so courteous and professional and I will definitely call them on a regular basis. They really know their job.

Both Gentlemen that arrived at my house were very courteous and prompt. they explained exactly what they were going to do and then went way beyond that for the same price. They even offered to cut out and re-seam a piece of extra carpet I had saved from our carpet install when they noticed that a spot had been scratched away from the wall by our cat. They went above and beyond and did an excellent job. i would highly recommend this company.

Got their name off the list. They scheduled within 3 days even though it was close to Christmas. Showed up on time. Very personable and did an excellent job -much better results than I expected.
