They arrived on time, and got right to work. It has been 3 weeks and the carpet looks great! Friendly and courteous.

What a great experience! Friendly people, absolute expertise, responsive to needs, complete professionalism. Carpets are impeccably clean and tile is beautiful.

The carpet was badly stained with red wine and pet stains. I can't tell you how bad it looked. I had had the carpet cleaned by another company, but they did not get the stains out. When I got home Friday night, my carpet looked new. They did an amazing job!!! I will DEFINITELY use them again in the future.

Cleantech did a deep clean of the carpet in that room and clean one other room and the stairs. The smell did not completely go away but did improve. The guys were friendly and clean up after themselves. I would recommend them.

They did a great job of getting out pet stains that consisted of kitty fur balls and from when the dog was sick. After 2 weeks not seeing stains come back. They were pleasant, apologetic when they were delayed from an earlier call and very polite. Some deals are cheaper but I would use these guys again based on the quality of work. The deal was $149 for 3 rooms but I added 2 bedrooms/hall & small runner carpet.

Scheduling the service was very easy. They did not arrive at the scheduled time but did call in advance to let me know they'd be late. I had requested additional areas to be cleaned as well as the carpet stretching. I asked that they call me ahead of time to get my approval on the fees for the additional services. This is not happen. I was very unhappy to pay more than twice the fee I had already prepaid and was only told the fees AFTER the services had been provided. In the end, they did fantastic work and were very professional in how they cleaned and stretched the carpet. I would use them again but would communicate much more clearly in advance.

This is my second experience with CleanTech Carpet Cleaning and I have to say they continue to be consistent - punctual, polite, reasonably priced and another fantastic job! I highly recommend!

The service for the big deal from Cleantech Carpet Cleaning went fine. They moved the furniture that which was practical to move for me.

They did a pretty good job. I have had a cleaner that I've used for probably 10 years that has done my house and all my rental properties and he retired. These guys definitely weren't nearly as good as he is, but they did an okay job. He just took a really long time and he was very meticulous about the work that he did. I never felt like there was anything left in the carpet when he left. When they left, the carpet was pretty good and they still look okay but I think that they probably didn't get all the material out. I think that's a different case and he was just meticulous about making sure that all the material got out, the shampoo and everything that was in the carpet. I think the price was fair. When they came out, they spent an amount of time.

It was not as good as another company. The price was great though.

This is by far the most thorough, responsible and professional carpet cleaner in all of Austin. Reasonable price, exceptional service.

CleanTech carpets came to clean my carpets. They arrived on time and were very professional. They came inside to look at the rooms that I needed cleaned before unloading. I also showed them some stain areas from my dog. I showed them where the water hook-ups were and we discussed which would work best. They got started right away. My 3 rooms that I wanted cleaned look like NEW. They smell so clean too. I will have them come back. I also discussed with them cleaning my tile and grout and he showed me pictures of the procedure and how they clean the tile and grout. I am a very happy customer.

Did a great job cleaning the carpet on a property that I had for sale. Very professional and accommodating. All of their equipment was new and very impressive. I would highly recommend this company. The first person that I showed the property to after the completion of the work ask "Is this new carpet?" I replied, no, it's 10 years old and I just had it cleaned!

The carpets were very clean when they were down. Even the areas that had some pet urine stains on them.

My Husband and I have a small condo with four dogs. They did a very good job.

We had a gas leak in the furnace over the winter which left black soot all over everything, and I mean everything! I purchased a Big Deal for $149 for the cleaning of 3 rooms of carpet. I only have 2 bedrooms with carpet, and had a few other items I wanted cleaned, so the company grouped my area rug (8x10) in with the carpet deal. In the end, they charged $230 to clean a large sectional and an antique chaise lounge. The difference after cleaning was AMAZING!!! They took their time, were very thorough, and very kind. I wouldn't have known how icky everything really was if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes! We have 2 dogs that love to hang out on the couch with us, and a cat who loves the chaise lounge. I will definitely be calling Cleantech Carpet Cleaning again in the future to help us on a general bases! Oh, and we had the entire HVAC system replaced, so we shouldn't have to worry about soot in the house again :) But if we do...I know who I'm going to call to help clean up the mess :)
