Description of Work: The appointment was made for 3:00 pm on a Friday. I raised an eyebrow at 3:30 when I didn't get a call or anyone at my front door. I finally called - angry- at 4:00 and talked to the lady who scheduled me. She informed me of the delay due to a previous client whose job ran over and that it would be closer to 5:30 when I would be seen. I was a little shocked to have to call to find this out, considering I had to take off work to accommodate their schedule! The guy and his apprentice showed up at 5:30 and was able to get the job done within an hour, which I appreciated. After a quick negotiation based on their lateness, he took 20% off our price. I understand when work jobs take longer than they should, but I would have appreciated a heads-up call instead of having to call them. All-in-all, a good service despite the scheduling issue.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal four hours of housecleaning. They completed the work in my sons home and it turned out very well.

Description of Work: I purchased one of the deals on Angie's list and they came out and were friendly and quick. They got out the dirt and soda spots and made my carpeting look new again. Description of Work: I bought an Angie's List Big Deal for carpet cleaning and added rooms to it in order to do the whole condominium. I was very pleased with the carpet cleaning and Ralph's professionalism. | |I was less taken with phone and email responsiveness, although Norma was pleasant to deal with. One example: the work was done 5/8/14 and a receipt was to be emailed to me by the next day but was not. I contacted Cleantech several times over several weeks (I have the dates) to request the receipt and was told it would be emailed. On 6/3 the receipt was texted first to my landline (of course not received there) then to my cell (less convenient for my recordkeeping), although we'd discussed emailing it. I'd be happy to try Cleantech again for carpet services, but would regrettably not do so if business office service did not improve from what I experienced.

Description of Work: Cleaned 3 rooms of carpet plus stairs. |They were punctual, professional and friendly but I did not like the feel of the carpet afterward and the stairs didn't really look cleaner and one spot they didn't even remove. I expected higher quality so overall I give them a "C" (average) rating.

Description of Work: All was great but water not extracted properly in one area on first visit. Redone a few days later and promptly , but mildew had set in and bleeding through as brown. Health caused us to need to replace den carpet.
