Description of Work: Deep cleaned 4 rooms of carpeting. Very impressed with the results... carpeting looks new, even though 5 years of pet & kids had it looking kinda shabby before Cleantech showed up. Techs were professional, courteous, industrious, and thorough. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: This company is the best! The owner took the rugs out on the deck to clean them, then left them to dry and drove all the way back from Cedar Park to my house to put the rugs back in the house. I never thought these old rugs could look any good at all, but now they look like new.

Description of Work: Cleantech scheduled a upholstery cleanining and set a window of 2 hours for arrival. Forty five minutes beyond the two hour window we got a call that the tech will be an hour later yet. We rescheduled, figuring wasted time but what service person really values the customer's time these days anyway? On the rescheduled date it was a no-call no-show.

I'm sorry you feel that we don't value our customers time. I have NEVER EVER done a no call no show. 1st of all the dates you entered are incorrect. This was originally scheduled for Dec 5th by wife Julie. Then on 12/4 she rescheduled for 12/10. Then on that day she forgot and rescheduled again for 12/17. Then yes we did have issues with other customers adding things and us running late as a domino effect. So yes we then moved it to the next morning. On the morning of 12/18 we arrived on time to where the GPS took us and the house numbers did not match. Same street name wrong zip code. Our error. We did call customer to advise of error and on our way. No answer. We continued on and found the correct street and zip code 30 minutes later. No answer at door or phone. I understand customers view but account is not correct. He may not have realized that was us calling since it would have been cell phone #'s. But I do have logs of 2 calls to his # that morning. We hope you know we do value our customers time as we would not be super service award winners. Or Gold Badge winners if we didn't. I have NEVER EVER done a no call no show. .
