Description of Work: Cleaned all the carpet in our 5,000 sq' home. They did an amazing job! There were a lot of pet stains and the carpet looked practically brand new! I only wish I would have had them clean all the tile, too!

Description of Work: The company was highly rated on Angie's List, and responded quickly to my phone call. I needed the carpet and pad pulled back, and the tack strips removed, in two areas for the installing of custom-made bookcases. Ralph and Jeremy came on time, and completed the work. They returned several days later, after the book cases were installed, and cut and fitted the carpet and pad, and installed new tack strips, around the new bookcases. They were very friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. They were thorough in cleaning up after they were finished, and left carpet pieces for any future repairs that might be needed. I was well pleased with the company and its staff, and certainly would use them again.

It went perfectly.
Description of Work: This is the 3rd or 4th time they have cleaned my carpets. Each time they were on time to arrive and when they left my carpets looked like new. I would highly recommend their service and would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: It bothered me that Cleantech never contacted me after I purchased the Angie offering. I waited several days and ended up having to call them to set an appointment.After that little hiccup all went well. Description of Work: They cleaned WHITE carpet in three bedrooms, walk-in closets, hallway. They were responsive to my call. Quickly scheduled a cleaning appointment. Protected wood floors and wall corners as they pulled their large "hose" in for cleaning.Carpet is beautiful! Ralph and team now ARE my carpet cleaners. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: They cleaned carpet throughout the house, approximately 1700sqft of carpet from their measurements. Their cleaning was thorough and they did a great job. The only problem that I had was that they showed up 1 hour late, and when I called to get an update after waiting 30 minutes nobody answered the phone. Despite multiple voicemails that I left, nobody responded to my voicemails at all concerning the late show. | |The work was good, they were professional and very clean. | |But they were not on time, and there was no communication despite multiple voicemails I left regarding the late show. | |I'm willing to give them one more shot the next time we need carpet cleaning.

Our phone rings constantly so if my wife is on a call with another customer, it goes to voicemail. That's what happened and she called you back,and that's when we found out about the address change you failed to mention. I also cleaned the large room above your 3 car garage for free.
