CLEANTECH CARPET CLEANING

I called on 4-13 and Clean Tech was able to come on 4-14! My carpeting looks amazing. Ralph and his assistant are diligent and friendly. I feel I received the best of both worlds with a very clean carpet and a very reasonable price. I would definitely have them come back again and refer them to friends and family.

Technician was a little late so my son-in-law was a little frustrated but the carpet cleaning job was excellent. The red wine stain came up and even an old Kool-Aid stain was removed. My daughter was very pleased and wants to have Clean Tech back to clean the bedroom carpets. I'm going to call and have them clean my carpets as well. A job well done.

I was very impressed with this company! They spent about 2 hours cleaning and scotchguarding 4 rooms and stairs. My carpet looks great! Ralph was very nice and they did a very thorough job. I am very happy with them and will most definately use them again.

Ralph came out to Spicewood with no additional mileage charges. No surprise and NO upselling once he was there. Did the best carpet cleaning job we've ever had done. Carpet stayed wet a little longer than we would have liked but once dried they were like brand new!! Job well done.

The technician arrived right when he said he would and promptly went to work. He left our carpet looking and smelling clean and fresh. He also left no trace that he had been there with all his equipment. I will definitely call them again, since it is highly likely we will be in need of his services again. :)

I signed up for Angie's List Big Deal, 3 rooms of carpet cleaning + 1 chair upholstery cleaning for $60. The hall was an additional charge. The carpet in my home is 15 years old. I'd already tried to clean the carpet with a Rug Doctor and various carpet stain removers with no success. When the Cleantech van showed up, I was a bit concerned because the lettering wasn't straight - it looked like it had been applied by hand - and Ralph Rivera's helper looked like a 15 year old boy. It looked like a business run out of the home that hadn't invested much in looks. That's why I ranked "professionalism" a little lower. When it came to cleaning the carpet, though, Mr. Rivera did an outstanding job. He went back and forth over the grayish areas 2-3 times from different directions to lift the stains out. The entire carpet looked about 6 shades brighter than before and the grayish wear patterns were barely visible by the time he finished. I coudn't even see them with the furniture back in place. I never dreamed that carpet could come as clean as it did. Even now, several months later, it's still looking good. The chair also came clean, although it wasn't nearly as dirty as the carpet. I am very pleased with the results.

This is the 2nd time I have used this company. They arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning the carpet and applying the scotch guard. They are very professional and I will definitely use this company again.

They did an excellent job. But the real test was how long it stayed clean, and our carpet has stayed clean much longer than any of the the other better known companies that we have used in the past. I was amazed at how long they stayed with it. Very thorough and not rushing through the job at all. I think one thing they do is that they take the time to thoroughly rinse the carpet to be sure no soap residue is left.

Super service, super nice people, super price. Punctual and efficient. Carpets were so dirty that there was a little streaking in one room and a stain still visible in the other when they dried. Ralph returned right away at no charge and gave it a touch up - that did the trick. Really nice to deal with, all around great experience. Highly recommended.

They did a terrific job. I had called them earlier in the week and they fit me in on a Saturday. The carpet was extremely dirty, but now looks good as new! I'll definitely call them again!

We called on Monday. The work was done on Wednesday. We got a call when they were on the way, and Ralph and another man arrived at the time promised. The work took about three hours. The website describes how the price is determined, and it is quite reasonable. We got Ralph's quote before the work started, and it was less than I had expected. Nice surprise and great way to treat a customer. The work was done carefully and skillfully. The results are excellent. There were some areas that I was worried about, but the whole carpet looks beautiful.

Ralph scheduled me for a day or two in advance, was very polite and professional, and did an outstanding job. Other reviews have said that furniture was not moved, but that was not true in my case. I asked for a small couch and table to be moved and he was happy to accommodate. Very satisfied with the service.

The whole experience was beyond my expectations. We had a torrential downpour on the day they were scheduled, and Norma called in advance to tell me that they were running about an hour and half late, offering me the option of changing to the following day. I chose to keep my appointment and Ralph showed up only about an hour late. Considering the weather conditions, I completely understood the delay. We walked the rooms together and then he and an assistant (shoot, I forgot his name. Sorry) started preparing the carpets to be cleaned. They were both friendly and personable, yet very professional. His assistant was a young man, and I remember being impressed with how polite he was. Not in a gratuitous way, just genuinely polite. Too rare these days. Anyway, bottom line, they did an amazing job on my carpets. They've never looked cleaner. Ralph took the time to show me the progress half way through the master bedroom carpet and I couldn't believe how dirty my carpet had been, and how clean half of it now looked. I will be using them again and again, and referring them to anyone who'll listen!

My experience with Cleantech was very favorable. Ralph called to say he was going to be late, this doesn't always happen. Ralph did the work himself with a helper. My carpet looks great! I will use Ralph in the future.

It was great. They were prompt in scheduling an appointment, showed up on time, did an EXCELLENT job - the 15-yr-old oatmeal-colored carpets are not gray any more - and had very reasonable rates. Also, really nice people. Highly recommended. NOTE: They do not move your furniture - you need to have it out of the way when they arrive. For some folks this will require getting some help ahead of time to prepare your rooms.

I responded to the Angies List special for CleanTech. Ralph was on time, very nice and professional. He spent a lot of time pre-spraying. I've never seen this carpet look better. The chair was really nasty and it looks great. I will use Ralph again and recommend him to others.

Owner Ralph Rivera and his son showed up within minutes of the scheduled time and immediately got to work. They were personable, careful, thorough, and very professional in their approach. Cleantech sprays a detergent solution, scrubs it in, and then uses a steam spray to dislodge the filth, rinse the detergent, and vacuum the effluent from the carpet. Only water-dampened clean carpets remain, as dirt-attracting residue is eliminated. A couple of small grease spots were treated and then promptly disappeared. Carpet in the cleaned rooms looks as good as new; and the stairs have gone from grungy to great. Cleantech takes the time to do the job right. The pride and professionalism exhibited by Ralph and his son were a pleasure to witness; and my carpets look like new at a VERY fair price. I'll definitely recommend Cleantech to others and will use them exclusively for my carpet and furniture cleaning needs in the future.

Cleaner arrived just about 40 minutes late (not a big deal, really). They cleaned the 5 rooms, and the carpet looked like new! The stairs look so nice, we don't even want to step on them. The deodorizer smelled a little strong at first, but there was no trace after an hour. The carpets dried completely within a few hours. Very good experience overall, and a very good value.

Excellent. Called when was going to be a few minutes late. Job professionally done. Carpets dried in about 4 hours, couch by the next morning. Cleaning tiles, mainly grout was well worth the cost-removed stains from the last 5 years. Honored Angie's list coupon, in fact he brought it up. Would highly recommend & will use their services again.

Responsive to inquires, on time (one hour late than originally scheduled, but notified me one day ahead). Professional and polite. Did good cleaning.

Ralph was great. His wife Norma called me to let me know he would be a little late so it was no big deal. I only needed 3 rooms, a hallway and some stairs cleaned yet he spent over 2 hours cleaning the carpets thoroughly. Great personal job and highly recommended. I will use Ralph again!
