Excellent job from calling for scheduling to them showing up and performing the work on time. Estimate was dead on when they got here and very fair. Carpets are like new again. Can't really ask for much more.

He was amazing; I loved him. He charged me an amazing price. He did my entire house for $200. He also did some extra spot cleaning and other work for me. He was reliable, sweet, conversational, and professional. When I called, they were able to schedule an appointment within the next day or two. He was on time and he was very nice. He’s a family guy and it’s a family business. I felt very comfortable with them in my house. It was a great experience and I would definitely hire him again.

Overall, they did an excellent job. The owner, who oversaw the cleaning, was personable and professional. We will use their services again.

I emailed to schedule an appointment the day I got the coupon, but never got a response. I figured they were probably inundated with Angie List responders, so that didn't bother me. About a week or two later, I called and left a message with the preferred date. The owner's wife did not call back for almost a week. By the time she called, he was booked for the time I needed. That wasn't a problem either, but I was annoyed at how difficult it was getting to be to schedule an appointment. We agreed upon the next Friday I was off work, which was a couple weeks off, at 2pm. I am very organized and am certain she said two pm as I had another engagement already scheduled for that day and would not have set the time for earlier. I asked what it would cost to do two extra chairs and since she didn't know, she said she would get back to me, but she never did. I was at my office moving furniture when I got a call at about 1pm saying the cleaning folks were there. I told her the appointment was for 2pm, but I would come home now and to please make sure they waited. I had to leave my office in total disarray and return after the cleaning was finished because I had to leave early. I was annoyed by the time II met the owner, and to his credit, he remained professional and asked if he should return at a different time. I declined as I'd already scheduled everything around this appointment and returning would have only made things harder. I also said I thought his office person was disorganized and explained why I was annoyed. Since that was his wife, he could have been offended, and maybe was, but he handled the criticism professionally as well. He and his helper worked hard and pretty long to clean my furniture. He pre-sprayed for quite awhile. My stuff was really dirty because of animals and my neglect at getting this done more often. He did a good job. I did vacuum the rug afterward because there was a fair amount of dog hair still there, but perhaps that is to be expected-I don't know since this is the first time I have had this type of service done. He did the accent chairs for $25@ which was super reasonable.

The carpet was VERY dirty. I was trying to clean it first, otherwise would have replaced it. The two men were here for at least 3 hours and were determined to get all stains out. They worked so hard and did such a fine job. They were easy to work with and happy for me to point out the stains and go over and over ones that were tough. They did a fine job and I definitely got way more than I expected. I am thrilled and will call them next time I need carpet cleaning and refer friends to them.

Overall it was a good experience. We had a little mishap with a weird chemical reaction with the cleaning reacting with the grout so it pulled up a bunch of white calcification kind of spots. So what he did was special order a colored sealant to match then he came back and redid all the work. I will use him again in the future.

Ralph is very professional, I explained we had just moved into the house and we were unsure of what the stains in 2 of bedrooms were. He made some suggestions on how to tackle the stains, and went to work. They look much better than when they started and all but a couple stains came out. Thank you

They great job. They were very professional.

Ralph and his son arrived on time and quickly got started. We had all of the furniture moved out of the way, so they were able to start quickly. We had three dogs at the time, so our carpet was really in need of some help! Ralph and his assistant (his son, I think) we able to make it look (almost) brand new! My 10 year old couch and chair also looked great after Ralph finished. The price was very reasonable, and I would definitely use them again.

The service was great. The owner of the company was onsite and he and the team were very professional and through in their service. They treated the problem areas, cleaned and raked the carpets and deoderized. Before arriving, the team was running a few minutes late and called to inform us of that (which was appreciated). They then arrived on time and completed the job well within their estimated time. Very nice and professional.

We have referred Ralph to serveral of our clients and friends. We have never heard back with a complaint - most have called us back to tell us what a great job he did.

Ralph showed up and was very professional from the start. He and his assistant did a pre-scrub on the areas where our big dog left grease spots and them steam cleaned all carpets. Ralph was extremely courteous and he and his assistant worked diligently from start to finish. We are very pleased!

Needed to get my carpets cleaned in a duplex as part of the move out process. The carpet is older and had 4 years of use as well as a few pet stains. All the furniture was already out. I selected Cleantech based on their good Angie's List reviews and the excellent price (I think it was 69 for three rooms). They were supposed to come between 4-4:30. At 4:35 I called them as they had not arrived yet. I was told they had run over at the last appointment and were on their way. They arrived about 5:15. The staff was very friendly and did go right to work. I went and ran a few errands and they were finishing up when I got back (about 45 mins max). The carpet looked great. They got all the pet stains out and did a great clean up (no foot prints, etc on the tile in the hall). They did charge a bit extra for the pet stains but I expected that. Since they were late they did not charge me for the master closet when they normally would have (it's a closet but about 5'x8' so they would consider it a room). I gave a B due to the lateness and lack of communication about the lateness. Had they called me I might have given them an A but when you are that late and you don't call me I can't give you an excellent rating. I might still use them again as they really did do a great job on the carpet and didn't charge me for the master closet. UPDATE: Used the same company again when I moved into my house due to the quality of the first job. This time they showed up on time and did another excellent job. Based on this I have upped the overall to an A and moved a few of the grades up (punctuality and responsiveness). After this second experience and the owner's response I feel this has been earned.

The overall experience was great. I'd left a message to schedule the service and then had to be away from the phone for several hours. Norma was diligent in contacting me again. Ralph was great - on time, thorough and pleasant to work with. Highly, highly recommended!

I thought my carpet was beyond help after my daughter, husband, and 4 small children lived with me for 2 years. Ralph did a wonderful job and the carpet looks new. I was so happy to have my chairs cleaned also. I was very pleased!

The cleaning service called to notify me that they were 30 minutes late, which was a bit of a problem as I had asked someone to let them in. The service itself was excellent, with the carpets looking great with the exception of a few light red stains that had been present when I first moved into the house. Of the two companies I have recently used for carpets, I think this one did a better job, and didn't increase the price they quoted for stairs, scotchguarding, etc.

The technicians were on time, friendly, efficient and did a great job on the carpets. They got out stains that we thought were impossible. Will definitely use and recommend Clean Tech in the future.

They came in right on time, went straight to work. They pretreated and then cleaned the entire carpet. I have children so we very happy that all the paint and glue stains came up. Our stairs were very dirty and look brand new now ! So happy with their service.
