CLEANTECH CARPET CLEANING

He worked quickly but got the job done.

The carpet was very clean when they were finished. There had been very dirty spots in high traffic portions of the flooring that were no longer grimy in appearance. We're very happy with the service! They were right on time, no delays, and it took less than two hours to complete.

The process went great--first cleaned the tile and second day cleaned and sealed the grout--it all looks like new now! We are so happy to have discovered Ralph to keep our carpet and tile fresh!

Ralph and his assistant showed up on schedule. Ralph viewed the rooms I wanted cleaned while his helper set up the equipment and began the pretreatment of the carpets. I had positioned much of the smaller room contents off the floor and vacuumed all carpet areas prior to their arrival so they were able to get right to work. The "Angie's List" special price was $99 for 3 rooms plus a carpeted closet (9' by 10') which was an additional $15, pretty reasonable based on previous carpet cleaning services since moving to TX. The service included "scotchguard" and deodorizer, an add-on previous company's charged for. Then the raked to carpet leaving an attractive finish on the carpet, something no other company had done, even though I knew it wouldn't last long, still a nice touch. I also have 4 wool, hand-woven rugs purchased in Hawaii that had not been cleaned in more than 4 years. I had priced cleaning then with other companies and the price was riduculously high. Ralph believed they could be cleaned in our home using a surface cleaning machine followed by the usual high pressure spray with lower water volume and vacuuming. Fortunately it was a sunny day and they moved the rugs outside to dry. Several hours later I brought the rugs insider; they were dry and looking as good as when new. All that for $22/area rug, dramatically less than other company's previously used. Very pleased with all the work CleanTech did today. CleanTech impressed me with their professionalism, friendly manner, and fair pricing. I will use them again without hesitation.

Everything went well, they called to say they were going to be about 30 minutes late. We did a walk through of the rooms so I could point out stains that were here when we moved in to the house a year ago. They showed me the first room half way through, what a difference! They worked quickly and were very professional. They were able to remove all the stains and the carpets are very clean.

Their service was good. They came back and re did some areas. Some of the carpets were quite dirty. They re did some carpeted steps.

Super cooperative. Called from out-of-state, needed immediate cleaning before the holidays, they came the next day, did a beautiful job. Would definitely us them again.

Showed up and went through the home to tell them what we wanted and confirmed pricing and then I left for them to do the job. When I got back, it was complete and everything looked great.

This is the 4th time I have used Mr. Rivera's cleaning services. As far as I'm concerned, he is by far the best in removing stains, odors, and dirt from my carpets. Cleantech is easy to reach, always responsive to my calls, punctual, and accurate both in price estimates and time required to perform the work. This company will be seeing me for as long as I remain in Austin!

The carpet looked great after they were done. They were late due to the previous job but they kept us informed and called us twice to make sure we were ok or needed to reschedule. Due to that inconvenience they stretched a portion of our living room carpet for free. I was just grateful that they squeezed us in 2 days (!!!) before Thanksgiving with very short notice. They could have easily blown us off and just scheduled us for after Thanksgiving. Great job, fair price, great company.

I've used Cleantech since my first introduction via an Angie's List Big Deal. Service remains excellent and fairly priced. The owner arrived in a timely manner and began work in a friendly and professional manner. Spots from an older dog were pretreated and then the carpet was carefully and thoroughly steam cleaned. Post-cleaning treatments were applied to reduce pet odors and future staining. What more can be said? The work is top-notch and fairly priced. I highly recommend Cleantech for carpet cleaning.

We purchased the carpet and hired them to come in and do some spot repairs. Overall they showed up on time. Overall good experience. My only issue was that we made it clear we had a Big Deal. We only wanted to repair areas that were covered by the Big Deal. Both my husband and I stated it numerous times. He said it was all going to be covered. We had four different areas that needed repair in four rooms. Half way through the job he asked if he could see the Big Deal paper. Then he and my husband had to discuss how it wasn't all covered. OK how much more do we have to pay? It is what it is but why start and then try to get more money from us? The deal was $99. Then we had to pay an additional $75. Overall the work was ok and we needed to get it completed. It is probably a good deal but it was the way it went down that was frustrating. On the fence if we would hire them again. Still waiting to see how the patches hold up.

The carpets all look great and the chair looks like new. All of the work was very professional and of the highest quality. My expectation were high because of the ratings on Angie's List and they were exceeded.

When I called to inquire about the company's service I got no answer and left a message. Was called back in less than an hour. We discussed the services i wished to have done and we set a date and time. The crew was schedule to arrive at 10:00 AM but arrived about an hour late. A call to the office confirmed that they were on the way. A call to notify me of the delay would have been helpful. The job was completed on schedule and we are pleased. Based on experiences with another highly recognized company this was an excellent value. Time will tell if it holds up. If so, I'm confident we will use Cleantech again. They appear to have their act together.

We recently bought a house and needed to clean carpets. I made an appointment the day before the cleaning. It was very flexible to make an appointment and I requested to give me a call prior to their arrive since i had not moved in yet. Ralph and his crew showed up on time. They cleaned 3 bedrooms, walk in closet, and stairs. There was some stains in our master bedroom carpet, but they took care of it. Everything took about 1and half hours as he estimated. I am very satisfied with quality of their work and service. I will definitely hire them again.

I called in the morning about 10am and due to a cancellation, they were able to show up at 1PM the same day. They were professional and were able to complete the work (2 rooms, a hall and 2 flights of stairs) in about 2 hours. The price was just below what was quoted at the beginning of the job. I would recommend them and use them again.

The technicians did a great job. They arrived when they said they would. They were fast, efficient, and professional. They took extra time to explain the products used and even left me with a small bit to treat the carpets myself. I will definitely use Cleantech again.
