CLEANTECH CARPET CLEANING

Used $99 Angie's deal for 3 rooms. Cost little extra because of master bedroom was large. Also did the carpet in the large walk in closet. He managed to get 2 stains out of kids bedroom carpet, which i thought he wouldn't be able to get out. No problem! all the carpets look fantastic. Would use again.

The service was great. I had purchased a big deal for the service. They were very prompt and they gave me a date, but I wanted it earlier, and they were able to squeeze me in earlier. The work met my expectations.

I wish to apologize for an earlier review. I stated that the provider never showed. NOT TRUE. I had the wrong arrival time noted in my schedule. In fact, the provider did show up on time. He was a delightful person to do business with. He did an excellent job cleaning some very soiled rugs and I would certain use his services again. His wife, the receptionist at his place of business, was left a very ugly message by me when I thought that they were not going to show up. She was kind enough to accept my sincere apology. This company is reputable, punctual and they do excellent work. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. The owner was delightful, considerate neat and professional. The person who makes the appointments was courteous, friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to use this company again. In fact.... I will! I hope to have them return to my home to clean the natural slate tiles in my bathroom.

Ralph and his son were fantastic! I purchased his special via Angie's List and was a little nervous of the quality of workmanship that I would receive due to the special.....just like when you buy a manicure/pedicure from Groupon and then you receive the worst nail job ever....I was worried it would be like that. I could not have been more inaccurate! They arrived within the time that I had been quoted upon scheduling to have the rooms cleaned. When they arrived, I asked him to quote me on cleaning my sectional, which he did on the spot at a great price too, and was even able to clean it along with the carpet that same day. The carpet in my great room was a dirty wreck....dark traffic lines, pet and child mishaps, etc, etc...when Ralph and his son were finished they accomplished what no other carpet cleaning service has been able to do in the past....they REMOVED and I mean completely removed all visible stains, substituted enzyme spray in lieu of the deodorizer (he gave me the either/or option which I thought was great), and then applied scotch guard and raked. I swear it looks brand spanking new! I truly was amazed. The sectional is spic n span as well! Their work was exceptional. You can tell that Ralph takes pride in the service he is providing because they were very meticulous with everything they cleaned and I can tell you that the living room was given extra attention...enough attention until it all came out.. .that is what I call doing a great job at what you do! I will hire Ralph again and again and can't recommend him strongly enough...however, book well in advance! This man is moving straight to the top of the pack and his schedule is booked by about 2 weeks out. I consider that a good sign when someone stays that busy because of all the positive referrals...and they were well worth the wait!!

There was a bit of confusion in emailing with the office - their response was from a different email address. It all worked out okay. The crew was an hour later than expected, though traffic was bad. I can't say the job was as good as has been done in the past. I found some hair in the tile wax, so I'm not sure they mopped enough initially. But the overall look was really nice for a new tenant.

Excellent results! Spots and smells gone. Will definitely use CleanTech again. Highly recommend them!

Not as expected. Very poor communication, left before job was completed, did not provide quote as promised. Was called repeatedly about billing after I had giving all the information twice verbally. They did adjust the cost because of the mess the entire experience became! Would use Stanley Steamer again instead of having to deal with this for weeks. Nice guy, but very unprofessional and horrible communication between scheduling and billing. Not a good experience to say the least.

Was here on time, did everything he said he would do.

They were late in arriving but did call before hand to let us know they would be late. Due to their late arrival they were somewhat late in completing the job but they were willing to stay late and complete the job. They were very professional and did an outstanding job in cleaning the carpet. We had purchased the Angie's $99.00 special three room cleaning and paid for cleaning the balance of the carpet. I would definitely use them again. .

Arrived on time and did a terrific job cleaning my carpets.

We had 2 mattresses cleaned, full and king size. I have a toddler and he's had a couple of accidents on his bed, so decided to have his mattress (only 2 years old) cleaned and santized. We had our king mattress cleaned as well (might as well why they are here.) Ralph (owner) and a helper came to do the job. Even though they were late to the appointment, I was called ahead of time to let me know that they were still at another job. Fortunately, this worked out for me and I'm impressed that they communicated so well about the delay. When they arrived, they were very friendly and professional. The job was done quickly and they did a great job. While his helper was cleaning, Ralph showed me a few pictures that he had of jobs he had done on carpet because we plan to have them clean our carpets next week in our new house (bought a coupon on Angie's list). The pictures and video he showed me were impressive. Overall, extremely satisfied, loved the customer service that they provided and looking forward to getting the carpets cleaned. Will write another review when that job is complete.

Called these guys back to do more rooms after they did such a great job last time! Great results and great value. We cleaned 3 rooms with the coupon deal, and then added a cleaning of a used couch for very reasonable price. Ralph and Co. did a great job. We will use them again. He even touched up one of the rooms he had done before where we had gotten it a bit dirty again.... for no extra charge.

I called Clean Tech on Tuesday and was able to have the service scheduled for Thursday. Ralph was running late and his assistant (which is his wife, I think!) called to let me know. Ralph was very professional and did the job quickly. I have 4 dogs and my rugs had a few urine spots he was able to make disappear! I will definitely be calling Clean Tech for another service in 4 to 6 months.

Moving at the end of a lease & needed professional carpet cleaning. Found a special on Angie's List that was perfect for our needs. Called & scheduled an appointment for 5 days out. CleanTech was located about 25 miles from our suburb, so scheduling was important to them as well as to us. 2 days after my initial call I got a call back from Norma that they had a conflict and needed to reschedule for the following week. When I called back & explained that we had to be out of the house before then, they quickly rearranged their schedule to accomodate us. The work was prompt, extemely efficient and everything we needed at a reasonable price. Above & beyond that, their customer service was outstanding! Many thanks folks. We'll be calling you again.

What a fabulous experience! Called yesterday after movers loaded the truck and uncovered years of baseboard dirt and lighter carpet covered by rugs and furniture. Clean Tech was here today and not only cleaned beautifully, they stretched out and corrected problems that other companies had overlooked and neglected for years. They used very safe products and took my respiratory problems into account in their choice of products used. They moved furniture, left protection under furniture legs, and got spots out others had left behind. Their expertise and kindness merit equal praise. In fact, we felt comfortable enough after an hour, to leave them in our home to finish while we attended an event. We would highly recommend Clean Tech.

The appointment was easy to schedule. They arrived on time. We discussed what areas we wanted cleaned (they actually remembered from the prior visit!) and I told them I had one of their $99 coupon specials which they were happy to honor. In addition I asked them to give me a price for the stairs and I thought it was reasonable and commensurate with the coupon price for the downstairs living areas. In addition they asked if we had any pets (we do) and asked if I could point out any area where the dogs tended to have "accidents." I did so and he assured me that they would give extra treatment to those areas in an effort to help with the problem. Upon completion the carpets looked like new and everything in the house was left in perfect order. I only wish all home services went this well and were of this quality. I may put Cleantech on speed dial. They are that good. I could not be more pleased.

Ralph was a little late for the appointment time, but I was so pleased with the service that it didn't matter. The cleanest the carpets have looked for a long time.

Extremely friendly and professional. Helped move furniture and put everything back where it belonged.

Before I bought the Angie's list coupon I called to make sure I understood the service. This was my first time getting a professional steam clean. The person who answered the phone was very knowledgeable. She also explained to me what "three rooms" meant (approx 12x12) rooms. This worked out perfectly because I only have two carpeted rooms in my home and one of the rooms is a rather large living room. When the cleaner showed up he was very relaxed but not unprofessional. He did not whip out measuring tape to make sure my living room wasn't too big. We had moved some of the bigger items for him because I was also told heavier items would be steamed around. He moved many items himself such as the coffee table. I was very happy with the way my house smelled and the quality of the cleaning on my berber carpets. Months later there is just one place in the house where the smell of urine has come back since the cleaning. However it is caused by multiple accidents in that spot that have soaked into the pad of the carpet.

They did a good job, I have no complaints.

I contacted the company by phone on good Friday. I could only leave a message as nobody answered the phone. By Monday after not having a return phone call I called again. Lated that day I received a return call from Norma. After apologizing and explaining the family went on a holiday vacation we were able to set a date for the cleaning. It was a pleasant phone conversation. We received a call on the day scheduled asking if the cleaners could come a half hour early as they were running ahead of schedule. It was fine with us. Ralph and his partner showed up on time and after walking through the house with us went right to work. They followed our instructions to the letter and were friendly and pleasant throughout. They worked logically, quickly and thoroughly on the carpets. They finished in under two hours. We showed them one especially dirty spot and they asked us about a second spot we had not mentioned. They were able to improve (or eliminate) both spots. We will have to wait until the carpet is completely dry to do a final examination of the areas. Because of the rain and humidity the carpet is drying slowly. Having learned by phone on the initial call that Ralph did not vacuum before the cleaning I was able to thoroughly vacuum beforehand. Also, knowing the carpet would be wet for at least all of that day we were able to schedule the pest control to come the next day before we replaced the furniture in the rooms. Thus saving extra time and effort. In summary, from the return phone call, through the carpet cleaning and raking and final cleanup we were very impressed and pleased with this company and all the people involved. We could not be more satisfied with the results.

They were on time, did an amazing job and were extremely great people to have in my home. I have 3 dogs in the house and needless to say my carpets and couches were dirty. My house smells amazing now! They did an amazing job!
