CLEANTECH CARPET CLEANING

He and his helper worked very hard to get the stains out. Most came clean but a few did not. He offered to come back for a 2nd treatment but I knew the stains were just too severe. Most of the house is tile. They cleaned the tile and the grout. They also sealed the grout. The grout was discolored because of the way it was installed so he offered to use colored sealer. He put down a sample and it looked beautiful. My husband didn't want the colored grout, not knowing how it would hold up. The sample area still looks great so we have decided to call him back In the near future to seal with the colored grout. They were so concerned with customer satisfaction and worked hard to do a great job. I highly recommend them.

This cleaning went very well. They were on time, very nice and did a good job. I added the sofa and chair when they arrived and there was no problem with this. THe carpet looks so much better and the stairs also. They checked back about if I was happy after and we talked about redoing the stairs since they were so bad. This has not happened yet but I am hoping they will follow up.

They were fine. I had them cleaned our tile which we ended up replacing and so that was wasted cost. We had some issues with our tile but it wasn't their problem, it was the house that we were buying. There wasn't any furniture in the house so it was pretty easy for him. They were fine, pleasant, friendly and did a good job.

This was the 3rd time I've used CleanTech for carpet cleaning. Ralph and his team do a great job, are quick, professional and very pleasant to do business with. There is no reason to call anybody else to clean your carpets and rugs.

My fiance and I, purchased a $99 for 3 room carpet cleaning. When we called to schedule, they could not get to our cleaning for another week and we could not wait that long. We used the next best carpet cleaning company that could provide the cleaning quicker. The company who we bought the coupon for told us we had to request a refund through Angie'sList. The company was VERY friendly.

The work went really well. It took a little bit of time to get them out here because they were pretty busy. I live in Leander; so it was a bit far from their Austin place of business, but once they got out here, they did a great job. I paid them extra to do some stuff that wasn't covered in the big deal. I have used several carpet cleaners and they were definitely the best. They really did quality work.

It took a while to schedule an appointment, but they were worth the wait. Showed up promptly and did a very good job of cleaning carpets - removed pet smell, paint stains, dust and dirt.

Ralph was fantastic. He was ahead of schedule and got out some stains I was sure were a lost cause. He was very friendly and efficient. The service was so great, I will be scheduling an appointment to get my apartment's carpet cleaned as well. If you are looking for a carpet cleaning service, definitely go with Cleantech!!!

This company was great. They were able to remove some stains I never thought would come out as well as they did. Their work bought us more time before we need to replace our carpet.

Very nice people. Price was a little more than average carpet cleaner, but their service was better also. They were willing to do extra things that had not been arranged previously.

Cleantech Carpet Cleaning were excellent. It's been two years since they did it and I still get compliments on how clean my grout is. Literally, still, today, if something spills on the grout, I just wipe it up and it comes right off, so I would just have to say, look at the results, whatever product they used. I wish they'd have another Big Deal, because I'd buy it again.

Ralph and his son did an awesome job. They were friendly and professional and my old carpet looks almost new again. He did call while he was on his way over. I was surprised at how quickly he and his son worked. Was anticipating 4 hours and they finished in about 1.5 hours. Very nice to have them in my home and I will call them again in January after the holiday mess!

I would give them an A. I thought that they were really fast and did an excellent job. They were easy to work with. I asked him if he could do the steps and he did the steps too for an additional. He's really easy to work with. I had moved the furniture back in the front room but not in the dining room so they said that I shouldn't worry about it and that they'll do it for me. I asked him for their information when they left and said that I will call them the next time I need it done so, I would use them again.

The Big Deal was a big bust. The vendor never called.

Ralph was as usual very personable and friendly, yet very professional. He has cleaned my carpets in different properties and has always done an excellent job. Today it was my own home and I had considered replacing the carpet but they did such a wonderful job, it looks like new! THANK YOU, RALPH, NORMA and JEREMY!!!
