The rooms were cleaned extremely well. The provider used extra products to clean hallway areas where heavy traffic patterns. The team called and arrived on time. The work was done in a timely manner. They were professionals. .

Cleantech did a marvelous job, getting rid of stains I didn't think would come off. You could see and smell the difference for sure. Will definitely use them again, on a more regular basis. They were punctual, professional, courteous and friendly, worked quickly and were ready to spot things I hadn't and address them by working spots over as often as needed. Would highly recommend their services. It took a little longer than expected for the carpets to dry, but that's a minor thing. The end-result was worth it, and the price was great. I still can't believe they were able to patch a bit of carpet my dog had eaten too.

The carpet cleaners arrived on-time. We started with a walk of the house where they asked the specific areas where I wanted service. They then worked on clearing the individual rooms to get access to the carpet (most heavy furniture and beds don't get moved). I had some pet stains under my bed and they said they typically don't move beds, but they would if I wanted. They were very friendly and accommodating. The overall service took a little over 2 hours. Both guys were very focused on their work and seemed to work very well together. This was the first time this carpet had been professionally cleaned since I purchased the house (about 12 years ago). I had already pretty much given up on it, thinking about ripping it out and installing tile and wood flooring instead. But after the cleaning it's really beautiful again! There was one minor stain that the guys pointed out that they weren't able to remove. It was about 2 inches long and looked like a pen mark (but wasn't). They tried approaches for ink, dye, and various other stain types. It's barely noticeable. I bring it up because I wouldn't have noticed it at all had they not pointed it out. That gives me a lot of confidence that they were very thorough with the rest of the house. Then came payment time. I had actually purchased 2 of the "3 room cleaning" specials. The total amount they serviced was actually a little more than "3 rooms + 3 rooms", but they "called it even", which I appreciated. I will definitely use them for my next cleaning, and recommend them whenever I can.

They were very polite and professional. The carpets were dry shortly after they were done.

In searching for a carpet cleaning business, our first concern was that the workers would move large furniture since my husband and I are in our 70's and no longer able to do so. Most carpet cleaners say they will not move furniture. When I called CleanTech, my first question was regarding this problem. The appointment manager was very nice and stated that they would move whatever was needed to get the carpets clean. When the team arrived, I was impressed with their professionalism. They asked what I wanted moved in order to get the job done. We agreed that beds and large case pieces such as armoirs and china cabinets were still clean underneath and could stay put, but they moved everything else where the carpet was exposed underneath. Of the three rooms, only one had a real stain, a reddish-brown water stain made from a potted plant that had been overwatered a few times. Other than that, there were the usual high-traffic areas in front of doorways that were a bit grimy, which they double-cleaned to return them to their original lightness. In spite of the fact that they worked quickly and efficiently, the carpet looked good as new when they left. I was very pleased and relieved that my furniture-moving worries were over, the stain was completely gone, and my carpeting looked and smelled wonderful. I highly recommend them and will use no one else in the future.

Oh, how I wish I had taken a photo of the carpet midway during the cleaning, to show the night and day difference between before and after cleaning. The difference was dramatic on our white carpet. I had no idea the carpet was so filthy. A few days later a pest control technician was in the house, and he thought the 10-year old carpet was brand new. We wanted the entire room cleaned, including under the furniture. But, with a recent hand surgery, we could not move all of the furniture out by ourselves. CleanTech assisted us in completing the task. Every extra option we paid for was something we asked for. He did not try to sell to us the upgrades. We wanted them and they were reasonably priced. I found CleanTech through Angie's List when a very picky friend needed a recommendation. She used them and was thoroughly pleased and impressed. CleanTech deserves the outstanding reviews. I could not be more pleased.

Excellent job done and Ralph the owner was present for the service. Also, his wife sets the appointments and communication for that part was great.

I had the basic three rooms cleaned for $99 and I added on a stairway with a landing area in the middle, a long u shaped hallway with dark stains on light carpet, a different cubbyhole area and another bedroom with a lot of stains on the carpet for $106. All of the stains are gone and it looks great! I knew from the beginning I would be adding on to the basic three rooms and asked for the extra time and they were very accomadating. Even when I wanted it done yesterday LOL I had to wait but there was a cancellation so I did get an appointment a bit early so I have to say they are understanding and do their best to get you in soon. We just moved in and this was a model home for a few years and the carpets had never been cleaned and some of the stains were just from people constantly walking through it. Ralph and associate saw to it that there weren't anymore stains!! He was very pleasant to talk with and as a newcomer to the area was very helpful in pointing me to restaurants, sightseeing areas around town and telling me about upcoming events? He just comes in to your home like he has always known you which I found delightful. I will definately have him back soon to clean rugs and the first floor carpets as soon as our landscaping is finished and the dogs aren't dragging in as much dirt and sand from our backyard. The two servicemen arrived on time, introduced themselves and then surveyed the rooms to be cleaned. At that time, we also requested that the carpet in our very long "T" shaped hallway (36 feet ) as well as some throw rugs be cleaned as well. The servicemen worked straight through, staying on task until the work was complete. No "shortcuts" were taken. We are very satisfied with CLEANTECH services and results achieved. The carpet looks like new.The transaction was straight forward with no surprises. We would recommend CLEANTECH.

It was great. the vendor contacted me to let me know when they would arrive and they were prompt. Due to weather the original apointmnet could not be kept, they were considerate in rescheduling and getting me the first available window. They worked quickly and thoroughly to our satisfaction, including an extra room not originally quoted. There was no pressure to add on services and extended the deal price to the additional space.

The process was super fast and perfect. Made my carpets look very refreshed.

They were fantastic! I was more than impressed with them! They were on time, they had everything ready to go and they were very efficient and professional. They were also very flexible. I have area rugs and asked if they could do those for me. They actually did all of my down stairs rugs. They did them real quickly. They moved furniture, put pads under legs, they were just great! I would use them again in a heart beat!

The service turned out well. He did a great job. He was very focused and he paid attention to the edges that I had mentioned. I did not smell chemicals after the service and I normally do when using other companies. The corners were clean and it dried very quick. He was punctual for the service as well. I would use them again.

They took their time to be sure they did a good job on each piece. They were easy to talk to and I felt comfortable with them in my house.

AMAZING JOB!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! There is absolutely NO substitute for hard work and experience - and this father/son team has both! They were personable, professional and were able to remove red stains that the other "bigger" carpet cleaning companies would not/could not remove.

They did a good job and were very flexible when I asked to add other areas. The price ended up to be equal to other offers in the market.

It was a routine job and there was nothing wrong.
