CLEANTECH CARPET CLEANING

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and the experience was great. We elected to pay extra charges for the services. They were clean, they were nice, and they got the work done. They were helpful. They moved things, and did stuff they didn't have to do.

It went fine. I don't have any problems.

they arrived on time and even got an adhesive residue off one of the carpets; professional, thorough, well-priced, will definitely use again!

They said the 99 would not cover it and I would have to pay $3 per stair extra. Stanley Steemer came out and did it all for $99.

work was on time and did a very good job. the tile looks great. he even put grout sealer on the grout!

Ralph and his son did an outstanding job - very meticulous about finding and treating any stain! I had made the mistake of trying two larger, commercial franchises first...BIG MISTAKE! The technicians simply did not have the "know how" or the tools to treat the tough, embarrassing stains that my binge and purge cat often makes. I am overdue for my 2x/year carpet cleaning...but have already called to schedule again w/ Cleantech. VERY SATISFIED

The cleaner brought his son to help him. They were very friendly and had a good attitude. However, I can still see a difference in the area that I cleaned with my own personal carpet cleaner and the areas they cleaned. The areas I cleaned are definitely brighter and cleaner. I will most likely try to find a different carpet cleaning service in the future as I think the carpet could have been more thoroughly cleaned. With that being said, I do have two large German Shepherd dog mixes. The carpet IS cleaner than it was before they came!

They were punctual & did a good job.

Clean tech team called before arriving at the house, set up quickly and promptly went to work. I had written down the wrong date and so was not quite ready for the team. They graciously helped me move the rest of my items and worked with me to determine what carpeted areas (short hallway, bath and doorway) could work as my third area. They were very professional and pleasant. My carpets look so much better!!

The service went very well. They did exactly what the deal stated. The technicians were very thorough and I think the carpet will dry a lot quicker than the other services I have used. However, they were not able to get out some stains in the carpet, but I could tell they really tried. They were very friendly, did a good job and even came out early for the service. They called ahead to let me know they could come early and scheduling was fairly easy. They were pretty booked up, but it was not an issue for me.

Misunderstanding led to them missing a spot under a bed. The came back and cleaned it to perfection.

I purchased a Big Deal with them. When they contacted me, they let me know that they could only get me an appointment for one day at a specific time next week, or it would have to be 2 weeks out. I was unable to do the first day, and needed the carpets cleaned that week, so I was unable to use the deal.

we would have used them but they couldn't be there as quickly as we needed the work done. therefore we neen the $99 charged on our card refunded. thank you

They did a fantastic job. They were professional and friendly. The carpets looked great afterward and areas I thought were too stained to clean looked like new afterward.

They could not schedule me within the time frame I needed.

They did great and they were wonderful. They went above and beyond. We were very pleased and we will definitely call them back again. They were very punctual, professional, and friendly. They got the job done in about 2 hours.

The job went great. Ralph was running late because of an early morning water extraction (it had stormed the night before). His wife called immediately to let us know he was running late and was very apologetic. Ralph moved all the light furniture, made the carpets look almost new again (they hadn't been cleaned in a LONG time) and was very professional. We loved working with Clean Tech.

We had a new puppy who had wreaked havoc on our carpet during housetraining, leaving several stains. I wasn't sure they would be able to come out, Cleantech did a great job! They were quick and the carpet looked fabulous. Professional and fast. Will definitely use them again!

Update: Had some scheduling problems for a re-do; really would have appreciated phone calls with updates on arrival. ------------------- Ralph is great! Have used him a couple of times now. Always punctual, courteous and thorough. Competitive pricing, good work and complete satisfaction!

Scheduling was easy. They came when scheduled, cleaned the carpet very professionally, protected the floors they were not cleaning when they moved equipment in and out. The carpet dried quickly and looks very good. They worked rapidly and efficiently, but did not seem to be rushing the work and were very thorough. The asked if there were areas we were particularly concerned about.

Ralph and his father-in-law were great. Very thorough and respectful of house. Worked on challenging carpet stains - did very well. Looks wonderful. Responsive and punctual. One room still has pet odor -- have let them know and they will supposedly come back to retreat area.
