They showed up on time and did a great job.

The carpeting appeared to be clean, but about a month ago, the stains began to reappear, and the traffic areas are dark again. NOT what I was expecting.

It was superb! He and his helper did an amazing job getting the carpets and tile cleaned. I didn't think those carpet would ever look clean again. They not only look good but smells wonderful. The tile looks new again. They went beyond just normal service by putting down a shine on the floors in my sunroom. He knew they would look better with a shine and went ahead and applied the shine to them. In addition, I had just painted the baseboard so some of the paint came of during the service. He grabbed paint and brush in hand and began to touch up those areas. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the near future!

They did a good job at a fair price in our mid-rise condo so had to pay $20 extra above the coupon price of $99 to have then rent a portable steam cleaning unit. They came on time and were very professional.

I was never able to book an appointment since they never called me back.

One slightly odd thing was there was no confirmation call the day before and no call as they were on their way the day of service. This is standard for all other service providers so it was odd that Cleantech didn't do it. Still, they came out exactly when scheduled. The owner was very personable. He and his assistant went right to work. I wish I had some deeply insightful comments to make but other than the lack of a confirmation phone call, it all went without a hiccup. My carpets look terrific and the price was reasonable. No surprises. I will not hesitate to use Cleantech again! This stands as a pleasant counterpoint to Peace Frog, who I used last time. They did an acceptable job but in pulling the hose up around my stairs they chipped some paint. In addition they were way too aggressive about trying to upsell me services like duct cleaning and offered a discount if I left them a positive review on social media, which I believe is unethical.

I purchased two Big Deals and all services were completed without extra charges or delay. The couple of stains I did have in my carpet are now gone. Everyone that I dealt with was professional and friendly. I will certainly be using their services the next time I need carpet cleaning.

They were very nice when I spoke with them, but they were booked up and I couldn't get the service scheduled in the time frame I needed.

Ralph and his helper did an excellent job! Just like the previous reviews I read, I agree that Cleantech is a wonderful honest, dependable company. I highly recommend this cleaning company to everyone.

They arrived right on time. I didn't need to talk on the phone after the service was scheduled, they just showed up as scheduled....no back and forth phone calls, no haggling over price and extras like with Stanley Steamer. Also, most of all, I loved that the owner showed up to do the cleaning himself and was very conscientious with the quality of the cleaning. They even cleaned up the stuck on doggy stains and grease stain in another room! I would highly recommend them.

I had a deadline and they bent over backwards to accommodate us. They were great! We have used Cleantech in the past. I purchased the $99 special on Angie's list but our final price came to the same or possibly more expensive than in the past so either they have been giving us a great deal in the past or the $99 special is more of a gimmick. They did mention that when I use the Angie's list deal that we get Scotch Guard included. Now, after 3 months, I'm not sure that has made a difference as our carpet seems to be soiling at about the same rate. But, those two small items aside, we like Cleantech and feel that they do a very thorough job.

The Cleantech staff showed up on time and started working right away. They did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets and furniture. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and efforts to get my furniture perfectly clean. My carpets and furniture look great!

Before I get into my story, I want to say that CleanTech has pride in their reputation and the most integrity I've ever experienced in a service company. First, CleanTech cleaned the carpet in the master and also the tile in the master bath. It looked great! I asked them to come back and do the tile in the kitchen, hall, dining & living rooms. When complete, there were long patches of dark in the grout. They said it was wet and would dry. It stayed. It looked like grime and covered about 25% of the grout. I called and they returned to completely clean the floor again. Still the dark patches remained. I was very upset to say the least. All the while, the CleanTech technicians kept "cool" heads and said they would fix it. I had my doubts and was very frustrated with the second attempt looking bad and not knowing why the grout looked so bad. The techs said they had never had that happen but again stated they would make it right. Yesterday was the third attempt. They came about 4pm and didn't leave until 7:30pm. AND the floor looks brand new!!!! I was so happy to see the grout the same color. I have to admit that I had my doubts but these people never had doubts that they would make this right! I am very confident to recommend CleanTech and use their services again.

Appt. was scheduled for 1 pm, received a phone call that provider was running late. They arrived around 3 pm and pre-treated the carpets. As they started cleaning the carpet in my master bedroom, their machine broke down and had to be serviced. They returned later in the day with a rented machine to finish. As a bonus for my inconvenience, they scheduled a cleaning of my hardwood floors. Both my off-white carpets and my hardwoods turned out fantastic! I highly recommend Clean Tech, very courteous, professional technicians.

They did a good job on the carpet and couch. Even threw in a free stain removal which was nice. I would recommend the service.
