carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreThey did not inform us that the cost to repair would outweigh the cost to replace the carpet. They performed other services without our knowledge or approval. They often entered the apartments without our knowledge during normal business hours then presenting us with invoices totaling $4633.00. Carpet in one unit was replaced and another unit will have to have it's carpet replaced when the tenant moves out, both due to shoddy workmanship performed by Cleaning Network. We feel that we should be credited for work that could have been avoided had we been properly informed of the extent of damage. We feel they took advantage of a situation that could of been handled in a more honest way.
Description of Work: On July 5th, 2008 after four apartments suffered water damage; we called Cleaning Network for water extraction. They performed other services without our knowledge or approval. We have 3 receipts totaling $1,827.66 that we did authorize with our signature, rather Cleaning network wrote in the Authorized Signature area "office closed." The 10 receipts have several items written in the Job Description, such as: weekend service call for flood, water extraction, microban, heavy wet vac, pulled pad, 4 seams, furniture moved, pad relay, stretch and trim carpet, carpet repair, heavy restoration clean and deodorize.
