Clean Age LLC

Description of Work: Clear Age covered the windows on the side of the house that received the most sun with a film designed to reduce the heat coming through those windows thus reducing that heat & lowering our electric bill to cool the house. What they failed to tell us was that by putting anything on the windows it automatically negated the warranty on the windows from their manufacture AND there was also a chance that it could break the seal between between double pane glass of each window. Had we know of the canceled warranty and the possibility of the seal breaking we might have rethought the whole thing. About 1 month after applying the film, one of our windows did lose it's seal & clouded over. I reported this to Clean Age where I learned of all these problems. The owner, Brian Stevens, at first, did not even know if he had a warranty on his own product. When he found out he did, I complied with all the requests for bids & finding out who the manufacturer of the window was.

Description of Work: There was a principle contractor that came out and gave an energy audit and did a basic run through. Several sub-contractors did the actual work.
