Chuck and his team are awesome! When I called on a Saturday morning, he said they didn't have anyone available on this holiday weekend. We tried troubleshooting over the phone no no avail. He (turned out to be Chuck himself) said he would see if he could find someone to come out. He called me back a few minutes later and said someone would be over in 60-90 minutes. True to his word, Chuck showed up and went to work. He was done within 30 minutes. Turned out to be nothing major to my relief. I have used Chucks A/C for several years. They are always prompt, friendly and efficient. Their prices are reasonable and their work is complete and effective. I also love that they are a family business and the owner is actively involved. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Matt from Chuck's AC came to my house (early!) for a pre-season check of my AC system. I have used this company for about 4 years for this service, in spring and fall. They are always courteous, professional, and prompt. Matt had several helpful suggestions for maximizing the efficiency of my system.

The location of the package unit, which cools and heat the lower level of our house, is down a steep hillside. The old unit, which was installed when the house was built 26 years ago, had become increasingly unreliable. I decided to replace it before the next cooling season began. The challenge facing Chuck was getting a new unit down the steep hillside. Chuck said, and quot;no problem,and quot; and enlisted a crew of 4 helpers, who successfully put the new unit in place and hauled the old one up the hillside. I was amazed that the whole job was done -- start to finish -- in about 2 hours. This is another example of Chuck's willingness to go the extra mile for his customers.

This was the latest of several repairs to the 26-year old HVAC unit. Because of the prompt, professional, and reasonably-priced service provided by Chuck and son Matt, the unit still does the job long beyond its normal life-expectancy. Because of Chuck and Matt's efforts over the years, I have been able to postpone the several-thousand-dollar expense of buying a new unit. The day will come when the unit will have to be replaced, and I will have Chuck's A/C do the work because they are honest, reliable, prompt, and reasonably priced. In It is also a pleasure to deal with Eunice, who handles phone calls and scheduling. She is not only friendly and pleasant to deal with, but she is always accommodating about schedules, and gives the customer a heads up if there will be even a slight delay because an earlier job is taking longer than expected.

I've used Chuck's HVAC services for preventative maintenance of my heating and cooling for about 3 years now and I've been pleased with the results. They are prompt and courteous for all their calls and you don't have to wait around for them because they will call you 15-30minutes before arriving at your place. I've had Matt every service call and he is friendly, professional, and explains everything that he is doing. He also explains things to look out for while he's servicing so that should something happen, you'll know what to look for and expect. Their prices are very reasonable and the pre-season checks are well done to ensure that your system works under load during the hot summers and slightly cold winters. They send you friendly reminders for preseason checks in April(ish) and October(ish) and scheduling is always easy.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Chuck's A/C from the beginning, when they installed a new A/C unit at my house. Since then they have responded promptly whenever I've had a problem with either of my units. They always take the time to ensure that a problem is properly diagnosed and fixed. Courtesy and friendliness are part of the service package. And that includes Chuck's wife, Eunice, who manages the office.

I thought that this guy was very trustworthy and honest. The system works great, we are very happy with the installation. We have been using Chuck for years now and he has always done a great job on our heating and air system. We would recommend him to anyone.
