 + 5 moreI am in the process of preparing my home to sell and the exterior needed to be painted. I received three bids and went with Mr. Aaron's because the bid was detailed and included the woodwork. He was persistent about the need to replace rotten facade boards before painting, even though I was wanting to cut corners. He was very concerned with doing quality work, especially since the house was to be put up for sale. The guys did a great job taking an older home (1987) and giving it a facelift within my budget! They considered the overall needs of the home, not just the painting and I appreciated his honesty even though it was going to cost a little more. Both men were very nice and easy to be around. They let me ask questions and were very patience with me. They arrived at the same time each day and cleaned up after themselves. Both were very polite and pleasant.
Description of Work: Exterior work included the following: Chalk, replace rotten wood, exterior paint work, replaced exterior garage entry door including molding, replace shed door and air vent, replaced door locks, and added a deadbolt lock.
