+ -1 moreHis crew were very pleasant and hard working and paid special attention to the meticulous details we appreciate. They also were great at cleaning up at the end of each day and keeping the disruptive aspects to a minimum. This was greatly appreciated since we were home during this work.
Description of Work: We hired Jose and crew to work 2 bedrooms and a bathroom of our home. The work was to include scraping the popcorn ceilings and repairs walls and paint walls, trim, and doors. By the start of the last room we also decided to replace the carpet in that room with tile. They incorporated that estimate and the work continued seamlessly.

+ -1 moreI received a quote for a bunch of stuff that needed to be done. I thought the quote was way too high, so I asked him to come down in price. He responded with a $75 reduction, and indicated he could start the work the next Saturday. I agreed. On Saturday, we stayed home and waited for him. When it got to be early afternoon, I tried emailing him and texting him. I got no response. He never showed up, and I have never heard from him again. I hired another handyman and got the work done $150 cheaper that the revised quote.
Description of Work: No work was done.
