Chem-free Organic Pest & Lawn Svc

They are very professional, really good at being prompt, on time, communicating before they show up. They came a couple when we weren't home and they just did the work and primarily doing doing stuff around the outside of the house but they very responsive and we've been really pleased. They were outstanding and we will use them and continue to use them.

The biggest like for the chem-free part is they use all organic natural compounds for pest control so there's nothing highly toxic or anything like that in the chemicals.

They spray an organic spray if necessary. We have termite checkers on the outside of our house. They knock down any wasps’ nests if there are any buildings. They have been very helpful, friendly and informative so far. They are really strong with customer service. We are very satisfied with their pest control. We used to have not many bugs around the house but we used to get some bugs in our house. Now since they have been here, I haven’t seen any bug.

We have been using their service for close to a year now. The service to this point has been very good and we do not have any problems with insects in our home. Our main concerns were preventing termite damage and controlling the scorpions, which are a constant problem out where we live (near Driftwood). We called Chem Free after both my wife and I were bitten by scorpions (OUCH!). The initial inspection/treatment was very thorough and effective. They come out regularly and treat for a variety of critters using only organic/non-toxic materials,which provides us with the peace of mind that our toddler won't be exposed to harmful chemicals. They also provide a mosquito treatment that is a worthwhile additional service. I found Chem Free to me noticeably more professional than some of the other organic pest control outfits in town, some of which did not even bother to return my phone calls. I would highly recommend Chem Free to others.

I live in a condo complex. My neighbors and I noticed scurrying sounds and rodent droppings. A neighbor in another building recommended Chem Free. The technician gave us an estimate in two parts to accommodate our homeowners' association rules. The association pays for services to the exterior of the building, while the individuals pay for the inside work. The exterior service involved sealing holes where rodents could enter. Inside, I had holes where rodents were entering a box light fixture and leaving droppings. The technician sealed everything and set traps to catch any rodents left inside. We haven't seen or heard any more rodents since the work was done last April. I thought the work was surprisingly affordable and effective.

Osmar Cleaners cleaned our house for the first time. Their price is very reasonable. The service was well done. Excellent customer service.

I chose this company because the sales person was very thorough on educating me about my lawn, how to water it effectively and what treatment plan it would need. I don't want a lot of chemicals around as I have children who constantly play on the lawn so organic methods appealed to me. Their total cost for an annual plan included the aeration whereas most other companies I interviewed charged an additional fee for that. My lawn seems to be doing well so far.

I didn't use them a lot for lawn care but they did do exactly what we asked them to do. They also took care of the issue with fire ants and pests in general. My son has a neurological issue and they never used anything that could harm him and told me exactly what they used and what was in it. If I could rate them higher than an A, and bring them with me when I moved out of state I would!

Based on a report from our tenant of scurrying sounds above the first-floor ceiling, I called Chem-Free. Chem-Free was able to work with the tenant to get an Inspector out there to assess the problem the next day. The Inspector suggested a "Trap and Seal' approach -- A Technician would set traps to capture any pests, and would also seal off likely entry points against any future enchroachments. My understanding was this would be basically one visit to place some traps and then two additional visits to check traps, remove/relocate any trapped animals and seal off entry points. I enlisted the aid of my neighbor to help coordinate the visits and oversee the efforts of the Chem-Free service team. The traps were set by the Technician but nothing was in the traps on the subsequent visit that next day.... although noises were still being reported and odors were being noticed. It was suggested that they could send out another person for a second opinion to see if there were other possible approaches to determine what and where the pest(s) were. He came out the very next day, was able to determine the hidden location of the remains of a raccoon in the eaves of the house and removed the remains. Deodorizers were placed in several locations to help minimize the odor. Then, over the course of the next two weeks, the Service Manager monitored the situation, visited the house several more times to determine if any further pests were contributing to the problem, inspected additional crawlspaces, and advised on the next steps to be taken. Additionally, during the course of the problem resolution, one of the areas that was sealed to prevent pests from entering was then unsealed (when it was thought that possibly an animal had been trapped inadvertently in the house)...and was later resealed as a one-way exit. My neighbor, who was onsite for the technician visits, expressed to me that the technicians were dedicated to solving the problem in the most efficient way and that I could feel confident about the outcome. I was completely impressed with the service level of Chem-Free personnel -- from the first phone call with the Customer Service Rep to the last phone call from the Service Manager saying that he thought the problem was now resolved but that he would gladly go out to the house again if requested.

They don't use nasty chemicals so I don't have to worry about animals or kid running through my yard. I'd give them an A all the way through. We will continue to use their service.

I had a good experience with them and the results seemed good. I asked them to give my tenants at that location an invoice and they did. They even sent a manager out the second time to oversee the process and my tenants said they did a good job. I would use them again.

They are very good. If there are any problems they come out and take care of it. The technicians they send to the house are very professional. They are also nice people.

Brian is punctual and always lets me know when he is coming. They put covers on their shoes before entering the house and are incredibly polite. We haven’t had any pest issues thanks to Chem-Free.

They do a unique type of pest control. They do not do any treatment unless the pests are actually there. I have been with them for many years. They are very straight forward and reliable. They always explain what is going on every time they come out.

Chem-Free did a good and thorough job. Furthermore, they use as few harmful chemicals as possible.

We used them several times and have been satisfied. They were always punctual, courteous and professional. We never had a bad experience. I only have good things to say about them. The treatments were quality, we never had any issues after.

This company has been very professional from the first time, and including subsequent visits.

They use environmentally friendly chemicals. We are very happy with their service and the same guy comes out each time. He is on the lookout for ants that we don't see. They treat both the inside and outside of my house and I will use them again in the future.

I have a contract with Chem-free Company. They come out every month for $120 per month. They only use organic pest products. They have been very reliable in coming out multiple times when we have had any issues.

I liked that they were very professional, very thorough and they explained everything that they were doing in detail. They were on time for their appointments and they were very responsive to the follow-up calls that I have had. I pay a monthly service fee and I think it is $45. They are a little pricey, but they are fair.

They do offer comeback services, we always have to call them back and they are good about not charging for that. I think for what we get is a good price. They use non-toxic chemicals which we like because we have a lot of wildlife.

I was very pleased with their services. They are $60 every other month for a year to do the perimeter but they will do inside if I request it. I thought that they were very professional and punctual, they sat down and explained everything to me, and they answered all of my questions. They were great.

The service was professional and thorough. Alain took the time to explain things to me and make recommendations to prevent further investations. He took his time and checked everything very carefully. I was very impressed and pleased!

Overall the job went fine. The inspector arrived on time and did a thorough house inspection inside and out. He was considerate about putting shoe covers on when he came in the house. After his inspection he gave us advice on what he felt needed doing and provided quotes for several levels of service. He determined that we had no apparent termite infestation but that there was a bit of roach activity, which we knew already. He provided us with information on the chemicals he proposed using. He would have liked us to commit on the spot, I think, but we decided to think it over first before signing up. He didn't put any pressure on us. Ultimately we decided just to have the roach treatment. The pest control guy arrived on time. We was friendly, seemed to know his business and worked quickly. He gave some advice on things we could do to minimize our roach population in the house.
