+ 2 moreMario's team amazingly completed 95% of the major work in approx 4 very short weeks. We wanted to get everything done as much as possible before we moved in. The team was flexible to our evolving changes ... as is apt to happen on these types of projects. The team really did go above and beyond in getting the home ready to receive our furniture. After we had moved in we slowed the pace for our convenience. Mario was very flexible in wrapping things up for us. Chapa Construction do great work for very competitive pricing. I'm in Real Estate and have used Mario's services for many clients - his flooring services are extremely popular. Not one of them has been anything other than very pleased with the work done and the value Mario provides.
Description of Work: We bought a fixer upper home and had Mario and his team came in to rip out flooring, a bathroom wall, most of the doors in the house, most of the trim, a chimney surround, old built-in bookcases and various other items. They also de-popcorned all of the rooms in our house. The team then set about implementing our new home plans from top to bottom including: Refinishing ceilings, painting, installing new doors, trim and new hardware, laying carpet and hard-wood floors, putting up new drywall and many other miscellaneous items.
