Description of Work: This was a really nice re-modeling experience. From start to finish everything went really smooth. From the salesman we knew exactly what we were going to receive, no surprises there. The construction team was fast and efficient. Whenever there was a choice in how an item could be installed they gave me the option of choosing which I would prefer. |I am more than happy with the materials and the work that they did for me.

Description of Work: Champion was excellent. Their salesman was knowledgeable, courteous, and casual. They offer a great product and are a turn-key company. Having been in business since the 50's they have credibility and experience. We did not use them because we did not want to invest $19000 in windows in this house we might not live in 5 years from now. Our other quotes from Home Improvement stores came in between $8000-10,000. If we were planning on being here for the rest of our lives, maybe.

Description of Work: They did a great job on our window replacement. They arrived when they said they would and cleaned up each day before they left. They were responsive afterwards when we needed to have a latch replaced, which was broken during transit.
