Chabert PLumbing

Description of Work: I called looking for a company to unstop my kitchen sink and these guys do not do that kind of work.

Description of Work: I just had Chabert Plumbing replace my main sewer line from the house to the street. It's a 40 year old house, so the old sewer line had been giving us trouble for a while. There were a lot of tree roots that had cracked and blocked the line over the years. After limping it along as long as we could, we decided to just get it all replaced and fixed right so we wouldn't have to deal with it again. I had three plumbing companies come out and give me bids. Two of the companies were large corporate types, and Chabert Plumbing is a small local independent certified plumber. The two corporate bids were much higher than Chabert Plumbing. I decided to take a chance on the local guy and I'm glad I did. Pete and his crew look young, but they are licensed professionals. Their work was great- they did everything that needed to be done. The work involved digging a large trench in the yard and cutting across my driveway to run the new pipe. Everything went fine. The completion did take a little longer than estimated, but most of that was due to weather delays. They repaired my driveway and put my yard back together to my satisfaction.
