+ -1 moreThey're wonderful. Extremely professional. Wonderful company. The architect are unbelievable. We've had nothing but a positive experience with this company. I can't think of anything they can work on. They are so talented in their ideas. I showed them one picture from a magazine and they completely remodeled my house off that one picture. They could tell my style just from that one. They are wonderful.

+ 2 moreI have no doubt that had we hired CG&S, the end product would have been fabulous. Billy Guerro is certainly a quality professional that really knows his stuff. I could not be more complimentary of his knowledge and professionalism. We did not contract with CG&S because we required specific details in the bid and cost breakdown by room/project, however CG&S would not provide that. Moreover, the bid from CG&S was at least 50% higher than everyone else, and it didn't even include everything. If we had wanted the peace of mind of knowing that the job would get done perfectly and could just close our eyes and "trust" the contractor, and didn't have any budgetary constraints, I would have hired CG&S in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, we are not in a financial position to operate that way, and so we had to eliminate CG&S as a potential contractor. They are very expensive, and will acknowledge that up front. So if you can work with that, then I have no doubt CG&S would provide an outstanding product. I say I would use this provider again, because I would if I ever get to a point in life where money is plentiful.
Description of Work: We engaged CG&S to bid on an extensive home remodel project that includes complete kitchen renovation, master bath remodel, new roof, family room redesign, resurface outdoor deck, complete interior painting, ceilings, new flooring.

+ -1 moreI think the job done by this company was a very good one. The whole work they did has a quality signature, you can appreciate how well they work. During the project I never had a complaint about them. Overall, I think they did a great job and they were always on time. The price was also very reasonable, but I do not remember how much it was. I give my best rating to this company.
Description of Work: This company performed remodeling on the patio area of my home. The whole work consisted of putting a new shingle roof over the patio and putting in new doors and windows. They installed columns for the roof. The size of the patio they worked on is around 600 square feet.
