CertaPro ended up doing the ceiling for us as their bid for the entire project was fairly high. Once I told them we just wanted the ceiling done, it took a few emails and a phone call to get them to respond. They took the job but didn't act very interested and I can only assume it was because we did not do the entire project with them. Regardless of how they felt, this should have been transparent to us. Thus, we ended up using a different Service Magic pro to complete the work. We got a better deal and better customer service.

We had our kitchen cabinets painted by Certa Pro. They look amazing! We will definitely use them again!

Overall, a decent job. One spot I noticed on the bannister didn't get sanded properly and is already showing through the paint, but so far that is the only place.

The guys at CertaPro were very accommodating in getting my service scheduled quickly and the painter who came out did an outstanding job. He was very efficient and made sure that my house was kept clean and free of paint splatter.

I received several quotes from the suggestions from ServiceMagic, as well as from friend's recommendations. CertaPro is the only one who actually measured each room and broke down the cost per room. Everyone else just asked the square footage of my house. The workers were very tidy and careful, as well as on time and curteous. I would definiteyly recommend CertaPro.

Great painters! We had hired them before for some interior painting, so called them for exterior work we needed done. Matt came by and gave us a detailed estimate, explaining all work that would be done. We hired them and they started work the next day! Great crew, always nice, cleaned up job site, and really listened to any corrections I asked for. The entire CertaPro team was very nice, even when we realized that a paint color (after being put on the trim) was wrong and needed to be changed. Although their prices are not the cheapest, they aren't the highest, and their work is worth it!! Great guys, will hire again and again!

They did a great job. They started and finished on time. They took the extra time to do a great job removing our English ivy and repairing several sections of rotten wood including our back door frame, which had really gone unnoticed. Good job cleaning up each day and at the end of the job. Very polite workers. Great effort.

Very detailed and a great job!

The work crew came on time as expected and were very diligent in doing their job. They left area as clean as they found it.They were accommodating in color change. All in all I was pleased with their work . However the project manager never showed up to check their work or to consult with me on the problems that I had. The wood was to be bonded and I had to remind them of all that was to be done. The lack of a project manager was a little frustrating as the English limitation of the workers was frustrating.
