They have always done a good job. very happy with their service.

A company representative responded promptly to our request and after looking over the job gave us a written estimate. Weather interfered with their first scheduled date but they came out a few days later -- on the coldest day of the year! They worked steadily throughout the day, cleaned up beautifully and shredded the cut limbs, leaving it for us as mulch. They were very careful to pain all the cuts (on oak trees) which is a must at this time of year. The crew manager was very polite; as they were about to leave, we asked them to cut one tree we had forgotten to mention and also clear away a bit more volunteer growth. Really nice people to work with.

The arborist Andy come over to give the estimate and was very professional and personable as we walked the property together. He talked through our options for our trees and explained what to expect the day the work was done. He gave us an itemized estimate and wasn't pushy or an annoying sales person like some of the competitors we had come over. Andy took the time to understand our vision for our yard and answered every question I had about our trees and general landscaping around our home. I scheduled the work to be completed a few days later and the crew called ahead to let us know when to expect them. The foreman walked around with me to confirm the work to be done. The crew removed our two ash trees without any damage to the surrounding fence or house. The stump grinder made a huge sawdust mess that the crew cleaned but our drought stricken yard didn't help the dusty conditions that persisted after the work was done. Our live oak trees were pruned beautifully and are aesthetically pleasing and fun for our kids to climb in.

The guys arrived as scheduled. We walked the property and provided our instructions. Javier asked good questions and offered helpful suggestions. We had almost two acres of wooded land with multiple dead and dying trees to remove.Our goal was to reduce the risk of fire hazard, so they started at the top of the property closest to the house and worked their way down the hill. As always they were careful to not damage any property or healthy trees in the process. Working as a teams, while Javier pruned trees, the others dragged the brush up the hill in preparation for shredding. They worked hard and used their time wisely. I have nothing but praise for their work and their ethics.

Andy gave me a very reasonable bid to trim all my trees, the guys showed up right on time and did a fantastic job. I am picky, but I was more than pleased with the thorough job they did. They took their time and trimmed the trees to my specifications that Andy and I had discussed. This is the tree company I will call on again.

We had 3 wonderful 15 foot tall queen palms that we lost in last year's freeze. We tried to remove them ourselves but it turned out to be more work than we realized. We called Central Texas Tree and they sent someone out the next day to evaluate the situation. In addition to digging out the stumps in 3 different beds, it also required removing a large amount of stone/pea gravel and ensuring that the water pipes close to the roots were not disturbed. They were able to come out the very next day to remove them. It was a great experience and much cheaper than the landscape companies we had contacted to perform the service.

They were honest, hopeful, and also knowledgeable. They knew what they were doing.

Mr. Johnson arrived and stated that since the tree had healthy new growth on most of the branches and appeared healthy otherwise, the sudden heat and bright sun were the cause. He charged no fee even though he drove to Georgetown to look at the tree. I would definitely use Central Texas Tree Service again.

They were very good. They were very responsive. They were very professional and very knowledgeable.

I am very impressed with the quality service Andy provided today. He talked and walked with me around our 1/2 acre yard as he inspected about a dozen trees. He was very knowledgeable, identifying formosan termites on one tree, and phytophthera fungus on another (I had previously been incorrectly told that the problem was borers). He patiently identified each tree as I took notes and many of his recommendations (more water, mulch, etc) did not serve to profit him in any way. He typed up a quote from his truck and answered all my questions. I did not feel like I was being "sold" anything and he helped break down the costs for me as we will be completing the work in stages. We will probably begin with two tree trimmings, a fungicide treatment, and a termite spray for approximately $400. I am most impressed with his professionalism and tree knowledge (not that common I've come to find.) I hope to submit another positive report when the work is complete.

It went very well. The men showed up on time. The Arborist was filled with great information, and clearly knew what he was doing. And when they took the tree trash with them, I was pleasantly surprised! I hadn't realized they would clean up after themselves. What's really the best part is how beautiful my Texas Oak Trees are now. And so happy too.
