+ -1 moreAs a Realtor in Austin, I see a lot of Inspectors, Ben Sutterfield (CenTex Preferred Inspections) is clearly the most thorough, honest, and straight forward home inspector I've ever worked with period. A former award-winning home builder from Dallas, and FEMA Certified Disaster Inspector. Ben knows residential and commercial properties inside and out. He also fully explains what is incorrect (not to code or marginal) to clients, building supervisors, investors, and the like on site or by phone. His reports are easy to read and include helpful photos for those hard to reach places.
Description of Work: Complete home inspection, new construction and existing homes, from roof to slab and all points in between.
