+ -1 moreIt hasn't gone well. There is still a bulge in the floor, so we had him return to inspect what might be the problem. Instead of providing an estimate and a solution, he left and never returned.
Description of Work: He was repairing a leak in our slab.

+ -1 moreI was connected with them through a Home Warranty company, so the cost is not reflective of the total cost were they hired outside of the warranty. They showed up at the time they gave me, and worked with me to get a replacement heater that I would be happy with. They were interested in doing a quality job that would last, not just the minimum to get by. I do a lot of home repairs myself, and I can honestly say that they did a much better job than I could have done.
Description of Work: They replaced my water heater.
