CapTex Fence and Deck

CapTex did the fencing for a neighbor who asked me to check in on the job since it was done while they were out of town. I was really
impressed with how friendly and professional the crew was so I was very happy when their bid came in lower than the others.
Our job was a little complicated since it varied from 6? to 9? and there was a lot of landscaping to work around. The CapTex bid was lower than the other bids and they even suggested some additional stability features, like having three horizontal cross bars on the 9? sections instead of the standard two. We went with steel posts (though they are surrounded in wood so you don?t see the steel) since stability was a big concern with such a high wood fence.
Saving our landscaping was important so I?d already decided to have my regular lawn company work with the fence company and Darien, the owner of CapTex, was fine with that. To that end, the landscapers removed the back sections of old fencing that were entwined with Jasmine and trees/hedges so we could save that landscaping that had taken so many years to grow in. Even
after the bids were in, Darien made multiple offers to help the landscapers without asking for more money. For example, to save our landscape team the cost of disposing of the old fencing, Darien said it was no problem to take those sections with the rest of the fencing they were going to tear down the next day.  This is just one example of how CapTex?s main concern was making the customer happy and doing the right thing.
CapTex was prompt and scheduling was easy. The new fence is beautiful, including the transitions from 6? to 9? and back to 6?. I wasn?t sure how that would turn out, but it looks great. CapTex did a wonderful job and everyone was friendly, professional and worked hard the entire time they were here. I highly recommend CapTex for anyone who needs a new fence, whether it?s a standard fence or something more complex like ours!
