CAPITOL SADDLERY

I asked "Mike" to make a carrier that I could slip on and off of a belt easily. When I got the first one back, I didn't like the way it worked so I asked him to make me another one differently. When I took the first one home, a sealant he had applied to it came off in flakes making a mess. I took it back to show him that something was wrong with his finish process. I came back three weeks later and he still hadn't made the second one. I waited another week and he had finished the second one and I gave him the first one back asking him to modify it with a different belt attachment. I asked him what he would charge to modify it and he said that there was no charge. I took the second home and wore it and the stitching started to come undone. I took the second one back and asked him to put rivets in to replace the stitching which he did while I waited. Again, I offered to pay for the modification but he said there was no charge. I went back twice to see if the one I had returned to be modified had been finished and he told me he would call me when it was done. It's now been four months and I've given up on ever hearing from him.
