Capital Siding and Roofing Contractors

We hired Mike from Capital siding to do some interior remodeling work and a roof replacement. He requested money upfront for both projects and said he had multiple crews that could start both projects right away. After collecting the money he did very little work on the inside project and just stopped showing up and kept making excuses. He never even started the roof project after 30 days. Now he refuses to give us our money back for either project when the work we paid him for was never completed or even started. After digging into his background a little more, we have found that he has many complaints with the BBB and has several liens and judgments against him from past clients. Stay far away from this guy!

Mike and the crew at Capital Siding and roofing did a great job for us. They replaced our 40-year-old roof and also the fascia board around the house. Everything was done very promptly, the crew was considerate and pleasant, left things neat around the house. I can't thank Mike enough - he was great at communicating what we needed and why and offered indispensable advice. It's very clear that a job well done and customer satisfaction are of primary importance to Mike Linan and the folks at Capital Siding and Roofing. I recommend them without hesitation.
