insulation
 + -1 moreVentilators misplaced, not levelled. Substituted 12" for 14" that was contracted. Not all soffit vents installed, vents blocked, holes not complete, No baffles installed. Owner ignored calls for a settlement for several months, then showed up at my house demanding money because he wanted to go on vacation, refused to even inspect damage. The amount of damage to the house was just below what small claims court will handle. Absolute worst maintenance decision I have ever made.
