As the other reviewer noted, he was very nice to talk to and responded all the question I had during the inspection, but it turned out he missed the leaking under the kitchen counter, which is something very elementary, I think, for any home inspection. Additionally, he is done and gone after getting paid. I had some follow-up questions after the inspection, he said he would reply my email about those questions, but never did. If those questions were out of his line of work, he should have said so and I would have been fine. You just feel ignored and get to think about someone twice when he says he would do it and never does it. I would not recommend him to anyone.

The gentleman who does the inspection was very friendly but bottom line is MANY things were missed that have now cost us over $2000 and we've only lived in our new home for a little over a week! Our plumber kept saying "The inspector should've caught this" over and over. We are not happy at all and would not recommend Capital Inspection to anyone. I'm sorry to write this as again, he was very friendly but the service was completely lacking. :-(
