+ 0 moreMy experience with Cantera Doors has been quite disappointing. When we first had our front door installed, I noticed that within the two panes of glass, there were imperfections along one door. The black spots were basically production materials that had settled on one pane of glass, and were not cleared off prior to applying the second pane of glass. I noted the defects upon installation and was told that they would replace the glass promptly. It is now November 7 and I still have not had the glass replaced, because they can't get anyone at their main production facility to inform them of the status of the glass. Waiting 3 months to have the door fixed when I have paid in full a rather large amount for the door is ridiculous.
Description of Work: A new double iron door installed.
