they cleared out everything very thoroughly and handled it efficiently without my having to be at the house (which is another convenience). My only issue was that they did not make the initial contact with me within the 2 business days that the AL website indicated, for a pre-priced and pre-paid deal -- as a result, scheduling the actual service was quite delayed from when I originally wanted to have it done. Nonetheless, I would use them again for this same type of service.

Team arrived on time and went straight to work. Did an excellent job! I referred my neighbors to CC Cleaning and they came out and power washed their windows, stonework and driveway. My neighbors were as impressed with them as we were. Would definitely use them again!

The entire crew was very professional and efficient. I have old fashioned wooden multi light windows and full screens on a lot of windows, as well as some newer metal frame type windows. They cleaned them all inside and out. I will definitely call them again.

All of the work was done, but in power-washing the front of the house, the men sprayed our wooden front door removing all of its varnish. They also sprayed directly on the doorbell and intercoms, setting them off and worrying us that there could have been a short when the doorbell rang on its own several more times. The problem resolved on its own as the electronics dried out. Because we had an event at our house the next day, we did not get to talk to the men about other areas we wanted them to clean, but they did fulfill the square footage amounts for which we paid.

I bought a deal on a Friday and they were able to do the work on the following Monday. Communication and responsiveness were top-notch. Workers were very polite and answered all of my questions before beginning the job. The job was done quickly, but thoroughly.

These people were not the easiest to talk to....had to make several calls after the initial face to face estimate from them..when we finally were able to make an appt. they were here on time....the workers were polite...I thought they had done the job in a professional manner....when I went out on my driveway and sidewalk the gravel from the shingles on the roof was all over the concrete driveway and walk and they had blown the gravel up under my garage doors which were closed and it was in garage on the floor there.....so their cleanup method was terrible....and as I saw on the owners claim on their ad on Angies list they are very particular......well not this day...they had parked their vehicle on my driveway to access the roof instead of a ladder and when they moved the vehicle and left......there was tons of gravel blown up under the vehicle and most of it was from that.........

To be honest, I'm not sure how they did. I paid them to clean the gutters in a house I was moving from. I have no idea if they ever really did the job or not because I did not receive notice that the job was complete. I'm just assuming they did it.

Job went great. They were thorough and really did a solid job of getting the gutters completely clean. We have used them for the same service in the past so it was a no brainer to use them again.

I bought the Deal for $99 for gutter cleaning, I had read other reviews that it would probably cost more as the deal was for 100ft and I assumed I would have more gutters than that. I purchased the deal on a Saturday and made the appointment on Monday for the following week. Tim arrived during the timeframe given an was very polite and helpful, he measured and told me that I had an additional 75ft and it would be $1 per ft. He then asked if I was interested in the power washing which I was and that was an additional $100. I left Tim to go to work and he assured me I would not be disappointed when I returned. I was not, the gutters were clean and the driveway, patio and steps looked great. I am pleased with the results.

The serviceman (who is also the owner) was punctual. I had bought the coupon for one of the services and decided to add a few others. He immediately worked out a good quote for the additional work, then proceeded with the work. The work was quickly completed and he packed up. This is when I realized I had forgotten to ask him to clean the mailbox. Without complaining, he got the equipment out from the van again and finished the work. Thank you! I would gladly hire this company again.

After purchasing our home and weathering a few storms it became apparent that our gutters were filled with debris. At one point we thought we could clean them ourselves but realized that it was a much more difficult job than we had anticipated. We have a 2-story home with the roof having steep slopes. We could access one part of our gutters that were on the roof of the first floor. These gutters were not just filled with recent tree debris but also had some leaves that had been composting and a thick layer of sludge. I don't think these gutters were cleaned for several years. After booking through Angie's List I got an email from Rebecca asking for my info and a phone call the following day to set up an appointment. The crew was going to be in my neighborhood that day so they would be able to clean the gutters that day. They cleaned all my gutters and flushed the clogged downspouts. They completed everything that the deal offered and then some. There were some additional charges because we had more than 100 linear feet of gutters (which was stated in the original deal) and the flushing of the downspouts. Overall though the additional cost was not unreasonable and was still cheaper than some of the other deals that I've seen. They just invoiced me the extra via email after they completed the work. I spoke with Rebecca that I would be alright with them proceeding with the work even if there was extra costs involved. They seemed very flexible with whatever I wanted. It was a great experience. I will definitely use them again!

My gutters were so bad, stuff was growing in them. They cleaned them out while another guy was power washing the driveway and patio. They did a better job power washing than I could ever do myself. The whole job took about an hour. This was supposed to be a $99 Angies List special, but my gutters were shorter than 100 feet, so they charged me $66 for the gutters and $100 for the power washing, which I was told was a discount because they could do it in the same service call. They people were efficient and friendly and all that I could ask for. My windows need cleaning on my 2-story house, and I plan on calling them back to do the job.

The service provider was cordial and accomplished the tasks set up in the contract. I would use them again

I bought the "deal" but no one called to schedule the cleaning. I had to call to schedule and follow up to confirm the appt. Workers arrived on time and did a good enough job, but, added another $79.00 or so to the cost for additional/larger windows than were included with the deal. I can only compare this to service to one I had purchased while living in Frisco TX last year where I had more windows cleaned for much less.

It went great. I would highly recommend this company and Tim.

Excellent. The team was very professional and very diligent about doing a good job. Our 20 year driveway that they power washed and worked their magic on looks brand new just as they said it would. In fact our neighbors think that we redid the driveway because it's that noticeable of a difference. Also, the leuder stone around our pool and patio trim absorbs stain even though it's sealed and when they were finished power washing, it looked just like when we had it installed. The customer service was great too! I would highly recommend this company.

I had an appointment scheduled for Friday 3, 2015 at 7:30 pm they were scheduled to come out and they missed the appointment. I called them at 9 pm and they said the truck was stuck on the side of the road and would need to reschedule me. I ended up requesting a refunding from Angie's List.

Prompt in responding to my request for service. Excellent and will use again. I especially appreciated him hauling off the debris from the gutters.

They did a great job, Very professional and Tim Cammack was responsive to all requests. We will definitely use them again.

Service person was prompt, professional and generally meticulous. The job was done well. The office was always prompt to respond to my calls. My *ONLY* negative thing I can possibly say is that there was a little bit of dirt left a few places on the window sills and the exterior wall near the gutters. I had to spend a few minutes wiping up some residue left from the service. They even performed this service during rather cold weather!

I feel your adv is very miss leading as there is a difference on what and how you count windows. It seems like a bait and swithch to get to your house then you get the real price to clean the windows. The worker that showed up was very professional and his work was outstanding but I have a problem with their process.

This is the second time I've used the services of C Clearly Window Cleaning. I'm a picky customer & C Clearly has exceeded my expectations once again. The serviceman (Diego) arrived on time & was very professional and courteous. He power-washed both my house and driveway/sidewalks. The work was superb & when we walked around to inspect everything there was nothing I needed him to redo. Minutes after the work was completed, I received a call from the office of C Clearly following-up to see if I was completely satisfied. Dealing with C Clearly was an A+ experience from beginning to end. I wholeheartedly endorse them!

I purchased the Big Deal coupon and was contacted immediately. The work was scheduled for the same week. The company called me when they were running a bit late due to traffic (excellent customer service!) and Diego arrived within the new time parameters. Extremely nice young man who worked very hard in the cold and wind to clean all my gutters, and the roof of debris. Couldn't have been more pleased with this service and will definitely use again. I recommend them highly.
