Description of Work: We've been using Bulwark for all our pests needs for 10+ years. When we first moved into this house, we were "visited" by scorpions, and Bulwark was the only company who was able to get rid of these devils. They also keep fire ants controlled, as well as all other unwanted creatures. Even if you find a problem after they've serviced your home, just call and they'll come back out immediately and treat it again. Bulwark employees are professional, courteous, and on time, and we believe their service is a good deal for the money. We recommend Bulwark to anyone who has any pest control problem. You won't be sorry.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from them for interior and exterior pest control. I was not able to be home on the day that they came, so they were only able to do the exterior spraying. The service was good, and I had no issues with the service. I just had hoped that they would follow up with me to schedule the interior service which they did not.

Description of Work: I purchased the angies list deal for a one time preventative treatment, but was then told afterwards that I would have to pay full price if I did not sign a monthly contract with them. To my knowledge, This was nowhere in the fine print of the "deal." And then the company billed me for a $10 up charge for which I had paid the exterminator $20 cash (he didn't have change but said they would credit my account).

Description of Work: I called twice and was told that the response to this deal was overwhelming and they were working as hard as possible to return the calls of those who purchased the deal. Since I needed service pretty quickly, I requested a refund of the big deal purchase price.

Description of Work: They called to set up the appointment before I called them!.. Very responsive, very thorough inspection. Didn't try to sell additional services (but then again they said we didn't need any). The cost of the coupon was well worth it.

Description of Work: Sprayed the perimeter of the house outside. Sprayed any wasp nests, etc. Looked for fire ant mounds but didn't have any. Inside they put out bait for silverfish and other pests.

Description of Work: Bought the Angies List Big Deal. Company contacted me the same day that I bought the deal and scheduled an appointment. Bug man showed up exactly on time. The next day I saw two large tarantulas on my front door step - dying. I don't know what it is about tarantulas, but they creep me out. The thought that before he came and killed them, they were crawling around my house at night, every night... Well, it was money well spent. I gave them a B on quality because two weeks after the initial treatment I still have active fire-ant nests in my yard. I called them and they scheduled an appointment. The guy came out yesterday and re-treated my yard. I have high hopes that this time the fire-ants are gone.
