Description of Work: I purchased the Angie's list special. After some front office confusion regarding scheduling, they sent a technician to do a routine spraying around the inside and outside of my home. They returned a few weeks later, due to the re-emergence of some ants inside the house. They didn't hesitate when asked to return.

Description of Work: This Pest service came to my home & explained the type of service he would perform & that he expected to return every TWO months (Re a contract). I refused & he noted that on the invoice.However the owner has made 6 or 8 calls to me telling me how beneficial it is to service a home every 2 month & thats what I should expect. |Since the service, Jun 23rd, I have had some Bugs & scorpions in my home. Apparently his spray is NOT working. I will have to find another Pest Control service. Also the guy asked to used my toilette & it was NOT a pleasant thing.Seems 2 me that service people SHOULD take care of their body functions BEFORE they arrive at a clients home. |CONFORMATION IS NOTED.

Description of Work: Used Bullwark for pest control for 9 years. Was on monthly treatment for approximately 7 years before switching to every other month program. I chose Bullwark because they use natural products that are not harmful to pets. They always treated as per schedule (with call-ahead several days prior to notify). The only incident of pest issue was a period of heavy earwigs indoors which they promptly came to do an indoor treatment after contacting them. We would have used them at new home location if the build didn't already have a proprietary system installed for different vendor. I flagged price @ B instead of A because a 1x/quarter treatment program isn't offered which would have been preferable after the first 7 years.
