Worst experience ever

I've been looking at used homes, new homes, empty lots to build myself for two years. I decided the Cedar Park area is the location for me due to growth, new development and roads. One day I'm out exploring continuing my search when I came across this really cool small gated community. (Edgewater - Brohn Homes) From my first impression I knew this was home. I met Robert in the on site sales center, he showed me models, lots and pointed out several features and options. He followed up and provided me above and beyond customer service. I decided to move forward on a new build, one of my conditions was being able to install a small cocktail pool. Robert contacted the HOA (pamco) submitted my request and got me a pre-approval. We selected a lot and colors, options etc. at the design center. I was then introduced to the project manager Brian and once meeting him I knew I'd made the right decision with this company. Brian's follow through and communication along with a Robert every step of the way was very refreshing and extremely helpful. This is my forth home and by far the best customer service and quality for the dollar I've experienced. I closed in December and did not have any punch list concerns. Brian met me on site during construction several times by his request to review the building process. I've now been living in my new home for 4 months, building my pool and couldn't be any happier. From start to finish this firm has been top notch. Sales person provided timely and valid info on possible purchase. Not Pushy. Has handled change orders well. Person who handled selection of house amenities has been great as well. In addition, construction manager accessible and responsive to changes. Process approx. 2/3 done. 2 minor errors but they have corrected them quickly.
