 + -1 moreBrian is truly a one-stop shop. He sold our home, helped us purchase a new home, and arranged for all the financing (he did everything - all we had to do was sign papers). Because he handles all facets of buying and selling homes, he's extremely knowledgeable. He even understands all the ins and outs of purchasing new construction.
