Description of Work: Total remodel of 1974 ranch including adding a utility room. Filled sunken living room, removed two walls, removed asbestos popcorn ceilings, added custom cabinets in kitchen, and bathroom. Mark was very good at reviewing my ideas and recommending possible solutions. He recommended an architect to ensure structural integrity and all plans, permits, and inspections were handled. Mark walked me through the order of picking out countertops, cabinets, plumbing, and floors. He referred me to people he has developed relationships with and that really helped me with design decisions. Mark provided an estimate and once work was ramped up I received a progress report and invoice promptly. Mark has a permanent crew of 6 guys that have work with him for years. They were all great and knew what I wanted. When there were questions, Mark or one of the guys would go over options with me. He also uses good sub-contractors when needed.

Description of Work: Over the years, I have used this company for a variety of projects. Most recently, they remodeled my kitchen. He came highly recommended by a real estate salesperson.

Description of Work: replaced a staircase to garage apt. Tore out a small storage room under steps. Put in new wrought iron railing. Painted. Also replaced railing on porch. Cleaned area about 30'x10 weeded out and threw away wood, debri, paint cans, firewood. Laid gravel and it looked remarkable. Also, turned screened porch into greenhouse for the winter. Made plexi glass arched windows for four large windows and two screen doors. They clipped over screens. Easy to remove and store for spring. We have used Mark Brashear Construction for nine (9) hrs. Highly recommend.
