 + -1 morePoor. The owner seemed friendly enough, and though I set up the appointment on Monday, I had to call him on Wed, after he was a no show at the appointment time. He said he wanted to cancel, due to the amount of work he had, and that the number I gave him to contact me was wrong. I asked if we could reschedule and he replied, No. I think I'll just blow it off. No such thing as quality customer service here.
Description of Work: Needed an estimate on remodeling work in my house. I wish to put in an open loft of approximately 160 sq feet.

 + -1 moreThis was a much more difficult task than it sounds. They had to put in beam supports while they replaced it, so it was more like doing two separate jobs. They were very good at keeping the mess concentrated in that one area, so it would not be tracked all through the house. It was finished in two days and the steps are much more sturdier and completely quiet now.
Description of Work: Brainard Construction replaced the entire staircase leading to the upper level.
