Description of Work: Kitchen remodel morphed into lower level remodel, which was fine except that oral discussions weren't followed up with written estimates so the final cost was much higher than we realized. To date, after multiple requests, we've yet to receive any receipts with which to reconcile the expenses. |Front yard developed a trail of dead grass where workers walked and doorbell, which was disconnected during the work, no longer functions and has not been replaced so we'll be paying to correct that as well as the grass. Owner is a good guy but his office seems quite disorganized.
