Boston's Pools by Design

Great job on design and final product. We wanted the inground cleaning system and Boston Pools gladly installed it. Actually part of their base package. Other two companies we visited with discouraged it. We have been using our pool and the inground cleaning system is awesome. Had a few delays during construction, but now that it is finished we are very happy and pleased with our final product and everything Boston Pools provided such as remote control, ozone system and inground cleaning system. Boston pools wants to please their customers!

Doug Boston "ROCKS" and we are so freaking happy with the job he did. My wife is quite demanding and loves to call when a sub-contractor doesn't show or is late, and Doug handled our issues with no problems and was just great getting back to us and communication about what was happening during all phases of our pool construction. Even after we already gave him our last check, he came out and painted the pool equipment and labelled it for us. Lastly, Doug put in a new in-floor cleaning system, that doesn't require a Polaris to clean the pool, which is just the best thing since sliced bread. A+++++++ UPDATE: Had to change our rating to a F. Problems with the spillway developed within the first year. I tried to contact Doug multiple times to get it fixed, each time it just went to his voice mail and I left a message. No response from him, he had his money so I guess the 55k we spent wasn't enough for him to care.
